Pierre clenched his fists as he leaned against his desk. His long wavy hair draped over his broad shoulders as he glared at the stack of papers with the number three. He went out to refill his drink, only to come back again and find the hallway empty.
His mind kept replaying the scene he had not seen but heard. Bloomlock freaking out while pressing Ravena about a damn locket. He was curious.. Because he sounded very serious about it, and because it reminded him of the Superhuman's locket.
The locket was a sign of freedom and of revenge that was fulfilled. The Superhuman had told Pierre when he was a child, that the locket belonged to their capturers. The Government's scientists experimented on them when they were taken at the age of fourteen till they were twenty six.
Pierre couldn't imagine being taken hostage and then being experimented for twelve whole years. After that, furious and broken due to everything that has been caused to them, they massacred the entire crew, took their locket that symbolized the secret organization and they wandered off. They found an abandoned city, they found Pierre, they re-built the city and allowed others to start a life here.
Everything was going smoothly.. Until they suddenly disappeared ten years ago. And since then, Pierre has been ruling without a clue on where they had run off to.
The Government was sick. They wanted to force the human brain to use 100% at the same time, and the Superhuman was the result of that. Their abilities were unpredictable, their appearance uncanny, and their mannerisms and body language was... It just couldn't be described.
They were everywhere at once, everything at once, and there was nothing Pierre could do regarding that.
So he started to make things up, his mind connecting the dots that most likely had no connections. Maybe Bloomlock was speaking about the same locket as his Parent' one?
He had no interest in speaking to the young Man, but he had to do something if he needed answers, or else he would go mad.
He gulped as he stared at the stack of papers. With a groan, he snatched it and stared at the title on the front.
3.
Possible Outcomes.
Your Superhuman.
Pierre felt a lump in his throat, it was so strange. The superhuman was so bizarre.. Pierre had never seen any words written on the papers, only numbers. How did they appear? Did the Superhuman plan this? Were they safe? They were always unpredictable, and now this? Maybe.. Maybe this would lead him to the Superhuman, he was simply afraid to read it. Because he did not want to live his life a certain way simply because it had been predicted so, he'd rather experience it for himself, found out.
But he was going mad with confusion, so he flipped the first page, and started to read.

Arthur's eyes were glued onto a lively bookshop. Bennett had already caught onto the fact that the latter wanted to enter the shop, so he started to walk towards the shop.
The door' bell jingled as they stepped in. A lean curly red headed man behind a counter grinned at them, his green eyes crinkled. "Hello—" The Man paused to inspect their clothes.
They weren't wearing what everyone in Mispair was wearing. Arthur wore a simple beige oversized shirt, and grey dress pants that were over his black boots. Bennett wore a dark blue knitted pullover, oversized pants and black shoes.
