I went through hell to try and impress you

I ruined my mental health to keep up with your expectations

I ruined my body to be more pretty

I changed my whole personality to fit yours

I made myself look small so you'd feel superior

I even gave up myself for you to love me

But you never saw that

You just saw a girl who was too obsessed

A girl with no self respect

Someone who could easily be walked over

You never saw all the effort I put into being perfect just for you
