"You'll watch if anyone come right?" I asked as I already knew the answer, he was gonna say the same thing he said every single time we were on a mission.

"Yeah." He replied as I knew he would.

With that I got more comfortable, I relaxed my head that was against his arm and tried to sleep. I was still cold a little, but hey, I have no room to complain in the situation we put ourselves in.

A few minutes passed and I still couldn't sleep.

"Ghost?"

His eyes shot up to mine, we stared for a few seconds

"Call me Simon." He whispered back to me.

I didn't say anything for a few seconds as I was kind of shocked, we worked together for years and he never told me his true name. I exhaled deeply.

"Simon?" I whispered.

"Yea?" His accent thickening.

"I can't sleep." I explained as I looked at his mask.

"Stay up with me then." He shrugged, I knew that he wasn't able to sleep countless nights sometimes for days.

"Why are you so nice all of a sudden?" I questioned him, being skeptical and suspicious.

He glanced at me and I glanced back. "Would you rather me argue with you?"

I gave him a look. He couldn't make up his mind, he was nice then rude. I wasn't gonna get manipulated by him. We both looked like shit at the moment, dirt and blood on my face and what I could see on his. My hair messed up and tangled. Our clothes ripped and bloody. We. Looked. Terrible.

"Do you think we will survive this mission?" I asked quietly as I started to shiver slightly again.

"Yes.." He sounded like he was hesitant. I didn't question him at this hour, I knew he was tired, hungry, and hurt but I was too.

"Go to sleep, you need it I'll keep watch." I said as I faced him, taking a gun from the bag.

He groaned softly after I said that and he soon changed his position, he was facing me now. I didn't think he would fall asleep like that but, surprise surprise.

He took his arm off my shoulder and instead put it around my waist, trying to get comfortable. I didn't think much of it but he still gave me the butterflies sometimes.

"Are you gonna sleep like that?" I asked. He had one hand around my waist, his other next to his body and his legs were fully extended, he was sitting up.

"Is there a problem with that soldier?" He asked, taking the wrong approach.

"N-no I just-" I said before being cut off by him.

"What did you expect?" He whispered in my ear, I wasn't expecting that kind of answer from him as I looked at him, he looked tired and frustrated.

"You can get more comfortable if you want." I offered him as things took a change of what I initially intended.

"How can I get comfortable when I know that we are being hunted down, (Y/N)."
