I was honestly a little angry at him for leaving me like that, I got up and went to the restroom.

"Where are you going?" He wondered.

"To take a shower." I mumbled to him.

After that I closed the door, I turned the shower on and started to take my clothes off.

Once I was done with my shower, I put on some grey pyjama pants and loose white shirt. When I opened the door, I saw he had changed from his gear also, he was wearing a grey hoodie and some sweatpants.

"Someone is in a bad mood." He chuckled as he looked at the expression on my face.

I didn't say anything to him. Honestly, I wasn't even angry, I was just disappointed that he was playing with my feelings.

I slipped into bed and put the covers on. He sat down next to me and looked at me.

"Look, I was being a prick. " He whispered to me as he tucked a hair behind my ear.

After a few moments of silence, no one still said anything. Honestly, I was trying not to sigh from his genuine apology.

"Fuckin' say something." He harshly exhaled out.

After a few more seconds of silence, he groaned lowly. He glanced at my body covered with the blanket.

"So. Now your gonna act like I don't exist?" And with that, he walked towards the door. I shifted my position just in time to see him walk out the door. Shit.

Why didn't I say something to him?

I should've said something to him.

I felt.. lonely without him in the bed. I stayed there, it felt like the bed was devouring me as I sunk into it even more, contemplating what to do.

Ghost's POV.

As I walked out, it felt wrong. I knew I should've stayed but, I couldn't for some reason. I sat by the steps, taking out a cigarette.

Everything had been fine a few minutes ago, so why did everything change so quickly?

Fuck. Just forget about it. Forget about it. You shouldn't have done that, it was shitty to play with her feelings like that.

He took off his mask slightly and took a puff of his cigarette.

A few people walked by up the stairs, it was completely late yet, but it was dark. A full moon was out as he looked up at the sky to see shimmering stars along with the bright moon, giving his body a somewhat glow.

As he heard footsteps approach him and stop, he looked over to see Y/N. She didn't say anything to him, she just sat down, her hair still being slightly wet.

"I'm sorry." I started.

"..." She didn't say anything, staring at the moon with her big eyes that I loved but didn't admit.

"I fucked this up." I whispered, closer to her ear this time.

I just wanted to know what she was thinking. I don't know why I was doing this always, I always messed it up.

"No." Her voice soft and gentle as she looked into my eyes. I wanted to hold her, tell her everything was gonna be okay, but how could I tell her that when we were being hunted down and we still had to go back on that mission?
