As we just sat there for a few more seconds, I was still crying a bit but he cleared his throat quietly.

"Why didn't you fight back." He whispered to me.

I was silent for a few seconds.

"Because he had a fucking knife first of all, and second of all because of you." I said, my voice cracking slightly.

I scooched over slightly away from him but he just pulled me to him closer after that and I didn't try to move again.

"Because of me?" He asked, sounding curious on what I meant.

"Okay not because of you, because of the situation before this all happened." I said kind of rushed and slurred my words slightly.

He didn't respond to that, he just closed his eyes and held me tighter. I buried my face into his chest and got closer this time.

"I'm sorry." I mumbled to him.

No response.

"I'll stop ruining everything when I say-"

"Stop." He interrupted me.
I did what he said, I didn't want to make things worse so I just listened. All I heard was a rustling sound since my eyes were closed on his chest. He kissed the top of my head and we both didn't speak much. After he took the mask off and put it on the nightstand, his arm went around me down to my waist, I wasn't complaining.

He mumbled something inaudible and I thought he was falling asleep. I took a blanket and tossed it over us somehow, but I had to turn slightly so now his hand was by my lower abdomen. I turned back around and I felt myself falling asleep as well, yet I couldn't help but still think about the recruit rotting in my room.

"Simon." I whispered.

"Hm?" He opened his eyes slightly at me.

"You know the captain will come after me right?" I said as I heard screaming from outside for medics.

"I'll handle them for you." He said laying down but my head went up slightly as I felt a twinge of pity before remembering what he had tried to do to me.

I laid back down and my lips crashed onto his, he groaned slightly at the surprise but quickly put one of his hands on my cheek and the other going down to my throat.

Cries and yells are all that could be heard outside, wondering what or who did that to the new recruit inside my room since I had disappeared. I stopped for a breath and I was on top of him now.

"Your sick Y/N." He smirked, as people outside called for my name walking by.

"You aren't any better." I said breathlessly as I kept looking him in the eyes. "Just hear all the people outside because of you Simon.."

He switched positions with me forcefully so he was on top, I gasped slightly. His hand was still on my throat and the other one came to my lips as he watched his fingers circle around.

"What can I say Y/N, I'm merciless." He paused, his face turning into any evil grin. "Don't expect any mercy for you either."

I gulped, what was I getting myself into.
