Victoria's POV

Vin confidently uttered in Korean, "You'll regret disrespecting my people, you bastard." Emilio, bewildered, exclaimed, "Did you just curse at me?!"As we stood up, his guard heightened.

With a smirk, I knew what was about to unfold. Suddenly, helicopters flew overhead, dousing the yard with gasoline. Walking forward, Vin handed me a lighter, signaling our next move.

With a mischievous grin, I lit it, and walked away. I felt relieved, knowing we were finally free from our father's missions.

No one tells us what to do now...

We skipped towards the car, our good friend Luca took the wheel. Feeling a bit restless, I couldn't help but ask, "What's next?" But then, something caught my attention. He turned towards me, his eyes filled with doubt.

Sensing his hesitation, I encouraged him, "Just say it, Vin." And that's when he uttered those words that would change everything, "I want you to come with me." Excitement and curiosity filled my mind as I responded, "Sure, but where exactly are we going?" I tilted my head slightly, confused.

"Seoul," he replied. My mind raced with thoughts, and I couldn't help but wonder, "Wait, isn't our mother there?" I asked, eyeing him. Vin quickly reassured me, "Yes, but don't worry, we're not going to see her. Our mission is to find the gold." Suddenly, my eyes lit up with excitement. "Gold?!" I exclaimed, unable to contain my shock.

Vin nodded, his smirk revealing his excitement. "But let's keep it between us for now, only you, Luca, and I should know," he whispered. I nodded.

Taking a deep breath,"If there's gold involved, then I guess it's worth it.", I smiled at Vin and said, "Thank you, Vin." He returned the smile. Soon, I fell asleep without a care to the world.

He just smirked—

"Vic... Victoria..." I heard Vin's voice calling me, and I slowly woke up from my slumber. "I'm awake," I replied, sitting up straight. And then, out of nowhere, "Let's go, we're at the airport." He said like he was stating the weather.

My eyes widened in disbelief "What?!" I yelled. "You never mentioned anything about traveling today!" I added, frustrated.

He just stared at me. "You-" I slammed his arm hard he yelped.

Taking a deep breath, I asked, "Where's my stuff, at least?" He motioned to them already there. I let out a sigh of relief. "Fine. Let's go." Before I took a step forward, he gestured his arm, and as always, we walked into the airport.

At the airplane~

I was munching on some seriously delicious food, and it was OMG amazing!

After we finished eating, I found myself gazing out the window, lost in thought. "Yo vin, aren't you gonna say something" I asked.

He gave me this knowing look and said, "I know, and I'll tell you everything right now." With that, he told me his whole plan about me working with Babel while he worked with the plaza.

I argued, "Wait a minute, you're telling me I have to work with the enemy?" I couldn't wrap my head around it.

But Vin, being the smooth talker he is, "Victoria, you're the mastermind here. It's not me. You gotta gather all the info about what's happening in their company. And in return, you can come to my company anytime and do whatever you want." He had a way with words, I tell ya.

And guess what? After his little chat with Paolo, he took things to the next level. He straight-up destroyed his mobile data and number, and dropped it right into a glass of wine.

So, after two hours of beauty sleep (I know i sleep a lot—but isn't that more fun...?), I slowly opened my eyes and guess who was still wide awake? Vincezno...

That guy never seems to need much sleep. I mean, he only gets like 4-6 hours, while I need a solid 10 hours to function properly.

He greeted me with a smile and said, "Took you long enough". I managed to rasp out a "Good morning" and he informed me that it was 5 am and we would be landing in just half an hour.

After what felt like an eternity, we finished out papers and checks.
But then—
"Sorry we're here to check on korean visitors, for safety" an officer said asking for out passports.

His eyebrows lifted. "Oooh half italians—thought you looked korean my bad! And oh brother and sister? No wonder you look the same. Haha! Cas..sano?" He joked and when he realized we were staring at him in boredom, he cleared his throat and left us be.

The hell was that?

The air was crisp and a little cold. We gathered our luggage and made our way towards the waiting car.
