Vincenzo's POV
I don't know what that jerk is up to, but I know for sure it's not for good. How dare he mess with my sister, I can't stand this guy, I want to make him pay, but that's not the right move.If anything goes down again, I'll make him regret the day he crossed me.
"Vin..." Vic called out, shaking me. "I'm sorry, I was lost in thought, can you repeat that?" I inquired.
"We're right in front of his company," she informed me. I simply nodded.
Thank goodness she didn't press for more details.
Victoria's POV
"Victoria! I've missed you!" Chae young embraced me, and I reciprocated the hug."Tell me about this man," I inquired as we walked towards his office.
Vin proceeded to explain that this man is against Guemga Plaza for political reasons, which I found nonsensical. I simply shrugged and nodded without engaging in an argument.
As we entered his office, he glared at us, especially Vin, but we paid no heed and took our seats.
"Mr. Vincenzo Cassano, you can't control this company anymore," the man declared.
"Che stupido," I muttered in Italian. Chae young picked up on my frustration.
"What's the matter?" She asked. "He appears to be ignorant, very ignorant," I responded, to which she simply nodded without fully grasping the implication.
After Vin and the man concluded their discussion, I intervened.
"Well, if you could answer these questions, we'll depart promptly. Clear?" I stated coldly.
"Ha! Who do you think you are to command me?!" He shouted.
That was it; I had enough of him.
I rose and slowly approached his chair, with Vin recognizing my intent and allowing me to proceed.
I seized his chair and swiveled it to face me. He attempted to resist and grabbed my arm.
Big mistake.
I seized his arm and yanked it forcefully, causing him to scream in surrender.
"I'll release you under two conditions," I began. "Okay! I'll do anything! Just don't break my arm!" He pleaded in pain.
I nodded. "Sure," and with that, I let him go. "Now, shall we begin?" he nodded aggressively.
Chae young and Vin observed with contrasting expressions. Chae young appeared shocked, while Vin looked proud, sporting a smirk.
"Firstly, you gotta answer everything those two ask with complete honesty. I swear, if I catch you fibbing about anything, you won't like the consequences. Got it?" I laid down my terms as he swiftly nodded, fear tightening its grip on him.
"Secondly, whatever goes down here stays between us. If I catch wind of you blabbing about today, I won't think twice about taking drastic measures. Clear?" I tacked on as he whimpered, visibly scared, and vigorously nodded in agreement.
I then sat back down and kept quiet and observed as they conversed, noting the truthful answers he provided. Before leaving, I turned back and uttered a warning, "Remember my words, unless you truly seek peril." He nodded in apprehension, and we departed.
As we walked towards our vehicles, my phone rang. It was Mr. Hanseo checking in. "Yes, Mr. Hanseo" I answered. Chae young and Vin halted, awaiting my conversation.
"Yeah... another case? Alright, I'll head over there," I mentioned before hanging up the call. "What's up with him?" Chae inquired.
Following the call, I told them, "Got another case, gotta head back to the company." They nodded in understanding.
