Leader Jiraiya and King Sasuke battled against each other like they wanted the other's life as the result of this fight. They shifted between being the chaser and the chased but the wound visible to the people was more on the young king than the elder warrior. Leader Jiraiya had always wanted, no matter how absurd and unreasonable it sounded, to make the descendants of the former king and noblemen pay for their negligence. Even he knows that he was being unfair, but he wanted those officers to feel what he felt. Yet, until now he hasn't taken any of their blood on his hands because he wanted to taunt them with what he could do, making them live in fear of losing.

''Agh!'' King Sasuke groaned when his knee was kicked roughly and the sound of it dislocating sounded before he fell. However, he still managed to support himself from falling on his knees by digging his sword to the ground. There is no way a king like him would bow before someone else! He gritted his teeth when seeing the elder chuckle heartily and angered by being humiliated in front of his soldiers.

''You didn't live up to your word at all, Your Majesty.'' Leader Jiraiya laughed, turning around to look at the soldiers and guards to see their angered faces as they witnessed their king on the ground. He felt that he would have been more satisfied if one among them could have been the late king. Too bad, he went away before he could be the one who executed him.

'Wherever you are, look up from there and see what your mistake has resulted in, King Fugaku!'

''If you have one last word for your people, for your beloved consort, it is time for that now, Your Majesty.''

King Sasuke had never feared death because being the one sitting on the throne that every power-crazy man envied and ready to take by any means, he had known death was always waiting for him. That is why he had surrounded himself with the few that he trusted and the enemies he deemed would want his life. You gotta have your comrades close but your enemies closer to show them that you have your eyes open. If he regretted anything, it would be that he hasn't been an honest man when it comes to the matter of his heart and it seems... He closes his eyes when the sword of the elder makes its way toward his neck as its owner wields it.

'My queen, it seems I won't be able t-'

The sword that could have beheaded the young king changed its course when it was slapped away by another sword. While the one awaited for his death that never comes, a few clashes were heard one after one as Jiraiya angrily struck the one who interrupted his revenge once again. King Sasuke opened his eyes and saw the one he just thought about trying to block and dodge the fierce movement of the elder.

'My queen!' He worriedly exclaimed before trying to get up as he could tell that the elder was furious and the younger one did not try to strike back, only pulled them out of the crowd that parted, avoiding the fight that was going on between the grandfather and grandson. He knows how much Naruto, his queen, respects and loves the elder that, he was sure if he did not do anything, the other would have ended in injury. That is the least that could happen if the leader of the land Whirlpool still considers his grandson someone to keep.

''You... One and again, you disobey me!'' Leader Jiraiya gritted out with disappointment that his only grandson would take the side of a murderer's son rather than his. Even after all this time, even after being treated like a fool, his grandson still takes the side of that arrogant late king's son.
