Arthur's presence was enough to stun the whole arena but now the arrival of Lances made everyone numb.
Elijah was getting treatment on the sideline, unconscious. I was certain that three of them approached Arthur but I found two standing each opposite to Arthur. Lance Alea and Lance Olfred! Master is not here.
Although two of the most prominent warriors approaching, Arthur doesn't look bother at all! Tugged in a white shirt and a slim royal blue trouser matched with his eyes, his hair waving through the air, the confidence in his subtle movement making the lances difficult to approach, he certainly is astonishing.. no he's in damn trouble!
"Someone needs to stop it!" Beside me Claire snapped.
"Why are they targeting Arthur!" Lilia raged.
I can understand what she's feeling, she knows what it means to challenge the Lances and Lilia's family is related to Arthur's, she has to be concerned.
"I'm going to talk with our parents, stay here and don't do anything" Curtis whispered and gave me a sharp eye.
The steps of the magma soldiers conjured by Lance Olfred break out attention.
"Stand down Boy, we don't want to hurt you but if you resist..
Arthur grabbed the head of a magma soldier and kneed the soldier..
"I resist" he finished.
What on earth! My words stuck in my throat.
"I think we need to stop Arthur rather than the Lances!" Feyrith added, shocked just as we are.
The ground erupts as Lance Olfred launched himself towards Arthur..

Arthur Leywin

I wasn't confident to take on two Lances at once, even Sylvie wasn't here with me. As my silver core was in the first stage, while it's impossible for any other to even land a single hit to a white core mage, Sylvia's will, my control over all kinds of mana, my practices with the Asuras made me strong which I believe is good enough to take down a lance.
The one Infront me, General Alea, one of the elven lance I recalled, I heard a lot about her, I even got to see her all the functions I attended recently in the elven kingdom with Gramps and Tess.
I can feel the concern of my family, Sylvie and from my teammates and friends but I wasn't at a disadvantage, these Lances don't know about my power, my divine powers to control all aspects of mana.
The ground shattered to each step and lava endured the ground as Olfred launched a beam of lava, I thought of blocking the spell with Ice but let's taste these Lances I thought.
Blue fire engulfed my hand as I countered with blue fire as the both spell strikes the stage burst into hellfire.
His authority over fire and lava is impressive, as I conjured Ice to guard myself but Olfred didn't need to.
A sudden vines erupt from the ground and caught my legs, I have encountered this spell before, the elven lance still not trying to hurt me but trying to capture me.
"Don't force us to put you down..
"I like the confidence, I whispered into her ear"
Shocked, the lance moved behind quickly.
Using the burst step I was told not to use it, the gravity shifted as Alea was shocked, terrified or maybe something else she couldn't handle herself as I channeled a lightning spell towards her.
Olfred was quick, closing the gap between us as he pushed both his hands near me to launch a deadly attack and I really hate it, it would just destroy the stadium and can kill innocents.
I dashed backward,
Not preparing a deadly attack like Olfred but conjuring a spell enough to block the power in a smaller margin.
The air around me shifted, Alea created a shield around us to not let the Olfred's spell hit other spots.
It's dangerous I thought, I was still aware of the audience, my family.
Sylvie wasn't concerned, Maybe they are safe then.
I still can't believe they're not evacuating people, their damn pride of showing off Lances, well then!
My eyes gleamed, as Ice devoured both the spells, both the lances stepped back.
As I was following the explosion, I was looking at my family's site but three mana signatures entered the field and conjured a shield before it could touch any part of the audience.
But the fourth one landed behind me, boiling with anger, eyes gleaming with rage, the thunderlord, one of the rarest diviner, Bairon Wykes!
And I'm now surrounded by six of the most prominent soldiers of Dicathen.
Sylvie is concerned, Windsom's worldly eyes observing me, a bit relieved Aldir is not here.
"Enough!!" A loud voice, I know the voice very well.
That damn old man, Gramps!
"While I understand your rage Arthur Leywin but there's a limit, I highly recommend you to stop because it won't bring any good and I assure you there won't be any grudge against your family by anyone but we as rulers ask your presence after we are done with all these. Lances, I highly appreciate what you always do for the betterment of this continent, I ask you to step back, things will be settled soon."
Bairon stared at me for a while, Varay landed beside him.
"At least someone has a brain in that chamber except charging like thugs, I too won't let this slide away, there'll be consequences but I respect you Elder Virion, I understand" I nodded with a shallow bow.
Bairon and Olfred's eyes narrowed waiting for their lords to bark.

People around the stadium started to gossip "He stands out In front of two Lances" "Who's this boy" "why the lances are not arresting him" "I never heard of the Leywin family"

Not wasting any more time I started to walk past everyone and towards Elijah but all the eyes were watching me with awe, fear, anxious.
My normal life has already changed after I left for training once, but I wasn't still ready to face this, Dicathen's future changes today, they have witnessed something they never imagined, but that's how it goes, the Vritras are ready, Dicathen needs to be ready.
From a King to a soldier, the journey begins.
