🔥Aurania's POV🔥
Chapter: 1 Epi: 4
Part: 2Later that day, Tarrlok sent over an expensive Sato mobile to the island for Korra to which both Ikki and Meelo where pretending to drive. The Satomobile was parked neatly at the top of the hill path which led straight to the port that it came in on.
"Vroom, vroom, room! Out of the way Daddy, Auri, we're driving here!" Ikki grinned at her father while i just giggle at their antics. Suddenly Tenzin's eyes drifted across the flashy car and to the large red bow on its hood and shook his head with a deep sigh.
"Beeeeeeeep beebeebeeeeeep!"
"Beep-beep!" Meelo copied his sister's sounds as they both jerked the wheel around.
Nodding at me, Tenzin gestures for me to walk with him as we trekked up to Korra who was practicing airbending stances on a round platform with a yin-yang symbol plastered on the ground.
"Hi Kor" Korra smiled from the side but not letting her eyes meet mine, refusing to look away from the stances she was working on.
"Hello, Korra. I see Tarrlok's gifts are getting more and more extravagant." Tenzin says a we walk up to her.
"Yeah, that guy doesn't know how to take 'no' for an answer," Korra sighed, trying hard to stay focused on her movements, weaving them round her body.
"Korra, are you...doing alright?" Tenzin asks the burning question, watching as Korra followed through with her stances very well, though, there's a slight waver in her foot balance as he spoke to her.
"Yeah, I'm fine" Korra says but I know she's lying. She paused her training for a moment to catch her breath and gave me a look saying 'don't say anything'. I sigh but quietly nod my head.
I walked over to her and handed her a bottle of water, she smiled and took it for me, gulping everything down as once, some of its content dripped down from the corner of her lip to her chin, I watch it stay there, as if in a trance, wow, this girl is so hot. I snapped out of it when she led me to sit with her and Tenzin on the steps.
Once sitted there was a little silence before Tenzin spoke up. "I'm glad you turned down Tarrlok, but I just want to make sure your decision was for the right reason."
Tenzin turned to face Korra, a serious expression lining the depths of his face as Korra struggled to look at him and i got the feeling that she was thinking of a good answer before replying him. "I'm just really focused on my airbending right now, is all."
"Right...that's what you said. You know, it's okay to be scared. The whole city is frightened by what has been going on. The important thing is to talk about our fears because if we don't, it can throw us out of balance."
Tenzin, even more worried by how Korra had her arms folded across her legs and buried her head into them, looked out of the corner of her eye at Tenzin before nodding at me and stood up to walk away but pauses to face her one last time.
"I'm always here for you, if you want to talk."
As he walked away, I moved myself to be in a position facing Korra. I gently tapped her hand so she'd look over at me, to which I let go off once she turned to me. I give her a smile, before letting my hands fall to my side.
