Walking through the garden as I fixed the soft blue dress when sitting down as I watched the female rain with Sam and Jake, it was surprising how she could easily take down both of them but I guess it also came naturally to her because of her ancestry. Opening my book as I red though a guard wandered over and sat beside me, moving slightly away as I kept my eyes to my book as he sent me a dirty look before turning back to watching the three train.

"So what she gets to stay after killing someone yet we get our heads cut off for even touching you guys?" He scoffed.

"Sir can you please lower you tone when you talk to me?" I sighed as he moved closer.

"What you gonna do to stop me?" He grinned as I instantly stood up and went to walk away but he yanked me back.

"I recommended you unhand me before we have the same incident" I spoke coldly as I tried to yank my wrist away but I heard footsteps behind me before Kim had grabbed him and slammed his head into the ground.

"Apologise.." she demanded.

"I'm sorry! Your majesty!" He stressed as she let him go before booting his stomach as he scrambled away.

"This is why I want you to come with me..." she sighed as she looked over my wrist for any damage.

"I know but unless my brothers willing to take the crown I can't..." I mumbled as she brought me into a soft hug.

"Maybe talk to him.." she asked.

"Yeah.. okay.." I sighed as I buried my head into her chest, liking the warmth she put off as even though it was coming into spring it was still cold.

"I love you..." she whispered.

"I love you to... so much.." I muttered as she pressed a kiss to the side of my head before departing as she went back over to Jake and Sam who clearly teased her about it as Sam got a hard slap to the back of his head.

Sitting back down as my brother soon joined me as he looked over my shoulder at what I was reading, "seems boring"

"Yeah because you only read one page halfway through the book?" I spoke confused before closing it, "I actually was wondering... do you want to be the king?..."

"Yeah but your next in line" he shrugged.

"Well.. I don't want to take the crown, I want to leave with Kim" I sighed.

"I mean.. sure but how is mum and dad gonna take that? I mean they had you because they needed a heir, unlike me who they had because they wanted a son" he shrugged.

"Woah that makes me feel real important" I mumbled.

"I didn't mean it like that rose, I'm just saying that they want you to be the queen, not me to be a king" he explained.

"Well I don't want that live.." I sighed as I stood up.

"Than run away" he suggested, "because you know damn well father won't let you leave... he doesn't even let you leave the castle grounds..."

"Yeah... but what about mum?I cant just leave her?.." I mumbled.

"What ever you do I recommend leaving a note..." he sighed before leaving.

Kim soon came over as she draped her arm around my shoulders as I leaned into her side, "I'm gonna run away with you..."

Time skip

She helped me packs clothes before wrapping her arms around me noticing my tense shoulders as she pressed a kiss to the nape of my neck as she held me from behind, soon going back to packing as she had a better idea of what I needed and what would be suitable to bring. Soon hearing the door as I looked over seeing my mother as she looked at me with almost grieving eyes as I assumed Otis had told her that I was leaving as she walked over as she pulled me into a soft hug.

"Please write to us... I won't tell you father until morning..." she whispered.

"Thank you.. I love you mum.." I mumbled as she held me tightly before turning to Kim

"Please protect her.." she asked.

"You have my full loyalty, I won't let her be harmed" she reassured my mother who soon left.

"So how long will it take to arrive back to your home?" I asked.

"Around 4 days including the trip to the orbs owner" she explained to me before picking up my bags as I pulled on a black cape like hers as I pulled my hood and mask up as she did the same before I followed her out, "it's very peaceful, we have created a village for ourselves seperate from kingdoms, their some avians their and werewolf's .. it's a sanctuary for the unusual and outcasted"

"Sounds peaceful" I smiled as we sneaked out the back as she loaded up the wagon with gear.

"Cant believe your coming with us, it'll be nice to have you" Jess smiled as Jake brought over my horse before Kim helped me on.

"I cant stand the thought of being a queen... I'll just get trampled over by other kings" I sighed as we went through the back gate, Kim caught up to me on her own stallion as she sent me a soft smile.

"Your gonna love it back home.."
