I decide to use the extra notebook I bought just to jot down thoughts

I decide to write down every single thing I'm thinking

I don't know what this girl is doing to me, I've never been good with talking to people, I've never been comfortable with girls, but this girl, she's like a wrecking ball knocking down all the walls I've built so that people couldn't get in, i'm not mad, partly because I like her and how she's super fucking hot, pretty, beautiful, and all of above, but also because I hope she likes me back, I thought college would be hard because everyone would have a girlfriend at least, and I'd be the odd one out because I couldn't let any girls in, I let guys in just fine, I'm used to them, I grew up with 4 older brothers and 2 younger brothers, I don't know how to talk to girls, but this girl, she's messed with me, I talk to her just fine, I don't know what it is, she's just perfect, I love her, Sloane if your reading this, I guess it's my confession

It felt good to write all that down, and I'll see her every day but especially every week on Wednesday until our actual games start, we're training with scrimmages and I get super excited knowing that I'll see Sloane there

I check the time and realize it's 11pm

I close the notebook and get ready for bed

I brush my teeth, change into some comfy clothes, and hop into bed

It takes me a while to fall asleep because Sloane is the only thought in my mind that I can't get rid of

I finally fall asleep around 2:30am

I wake up early and hop in the shower, after that I get out and do my hair, then I get on my clothes, I put on an oversized hoodie and some sweatpants and walk to class

I sit down next to Collins and as usual he's just staring out the window until the teacher comes in

Finally the teacher comes in and after a bit of talking she gives us the okay to work on our projects

Me and Collins work on the project for the entire class period and we're trying not to goof off but with us just starting to be great friends it hard to not goof off

We end up finishing the first part out of the 4 so we start on the next part

The projects first part is individual and you write down a bunch of stuff about you, the second part you compare what you both like, the third part is you compare what one person likes and the other doesn't, the fourth part is comparing what you both don't like

The last 3 parts are a lot easier to work together on so by the time we're done with all of our classes we are already on the 3rd part

I make sure that the journal is hidden and I text Sloane
