*Sloanes pov*
*4pm tomorrow*

I walk over to Collins dorm and knock on his door

The door opens but it's not Collins

"What do you want?" Charlie says

"Not you" I say without thinking

"No shit, what do you want?" He asks again

"Collins invited me over" I say

"I don't care" he says and steps into the hall

He shuts the door and I back up making sure not to be to close to him

He keeps getting closer to me making me very uncomfortable so I keep scooting back telling him to go away

He grabs me and pins me against the wall and I turn away and try to wiggle out of his grip

I cant get out so I start kicking him but he's not budging even with me screaming and kicking

I can slightly hear someone yelling his name but I don't know if I'm imagining it since I can't hear anything with Charlie whispering in my ear

I close my eyes to make sure I can't see Charlie and I continue kicking and screaming

I feel him start to inch even closer but then I hear a grunt and I feel his grip go away

I take my chance and run and hear someone chase me and say my name but I can't tell who it with the sound of me hyperventilating

I don't look back because I've learned from softball that if your looking in any direction besides the one that you should be going in that you don't go as fast

I quickly go down the stairs and fake him out and run back up and run into my dorm

"Girl are you okay?" Ruby says as I sit on my bed and hyperventilate when I get into my dorm

I explain the story while someone is knocking on our dorm door

"I'll answer, just go hide" she says

I go and hide but I can listen

"Ruby" I hear someone say but from where I am I don't know who it is but they are hyperventilating

"What's wrong?" She says

"I need to talk to Sloane, I don't know what happened, please" he says

"Give me a second" she says and shuts the door

She walks over to me

"It's Collins, not Charlie, he wants to talk to you" she says

I let out a breath I didn't know I was holding and got up

I walked over to the door and hovered my hand over the handle and take a deep breath

I open the door and I'm immediately brought into a hug

I hug back because even though I didn't look at his face because I didn't have time I knew that this was Collins

He called out to Ruby and told her something before walking back to his dorm with his arm around my shoulders

"What happened?" He asks

"The bitch named Charlie answered the door and when I told him that I came to see you he stepped into the hall and shut your dorm door, I stepped back and told him to go away but he kept getting closer before he grabbed me and pinned me against the wall and whispered in my ear about some perverted shit so I turned my head and closed my eyes hoping it would all go away but he didn't stop even with me saying to him to stop so I started screaming and kicking him, I felt him get even closer to the point I could feel his nose on my ear but then someone came over and made him lose his grip, I took my chance and ran, I didn't care who was behind me I was going to run, I just had the worst moment ever, and yeah" I say

"I knocked him out, I couldn't dare look at him doing that to you when you clearly didn't like it, I was chasing after you to make sure you were okay, I can understand why you didn't stop, you had a great escape plan" he says

I smile and lean on his shoulder as we walk over into his dorm

"Where's Charlie now?" I ask as he unlocks his dorm

"I called the nurse and told her take he hit his head on the wall and knocked himself out and she a couple teachers came over and took him, according to Paul" he says

"Nice lie" I say as we go and sit down on his floor

I open my backpack and my stomach drops realizing that I brought the journal that has all of my secrets in

"Hey, is everything okay?" He asks

"Mhm, yeah, I'm fine, I just didn't see my phone for a second" I say

"That's not true, but I'll let you believe that it fooled me" he says

His phone keeps dinging and after checking it the first 5 times he realized that they were all from the same person so he stopped checking

I check my phone and it's 8pm, which means it's been 4 hours since I came over

I'm really tired but I'm trying not to show it

"Hey Collins?" I ask

"Yeah?" He says with his full attention on me

"Can I-" I get cut off by a yawn

"Sleep over? Yeah, I've already requested for Charlie to be moved rooms and told the people that he was being weird and stuff so they moved him, he's going to get his stuff in 2 days" he says

"So are you getting a new roommate?" I ask

"Yeah, Jayden was the only person in the school without a roommate because they didn't have an even amount of students so after Charlie's fully moves out, Jayden will move in" he says

"Okay" I say

We continue studying and I check my phone because I haven't in a while and it says 12am

We talk for a long time before the topic of us come up

"I don't wanna sleep in Charlie's bed!" I say exaggerating the word bed

"You don't have to!" He says laughing

"I don't?" I say

"Nooo! I won't make you do anything you don't want to" he says

Eventually, we clean up all of our stuff and lay down in his bed

I fall asleep first because I'm so relaxed with his body next to mine
