I check the time on my phone

5:13

I still have time to show up

As I'm watching Sloane, she wakes up and the nurse has her take a pill

After around 5 minutes, the nurse says she's good to go

We walk back to our dorm since theirs really no reason to go to the store

I sit down on my bed and Sloane sits down next to me

"Sloane" I say

"What's up?" She says

I pull out the letter

"Read this and tell me what's wrong with it" I say

She reads it

"We don't have a lacrosse team, nor a coach Rico" she says

"Exactly, I'm not going to the place alone, I have a plan, but I need your help" I say

"I'm listening" she says

"So, the softball and baseball team will show up early and sit down near a window in Plato's, if anything happens, run out and come help if needed, if nothing happens, nothing happens" I say

"Deal, I'll text the softball team and you can text the baseball team" she says

We pull out our phones and get to work, everyone agrees and they head out for Plato's

20 minutes later, I'm driving to the place

I show up at 6:29 and someone is already at the empty field

They are wearing sunglasses and a mask

I walk up to them and ask if they are Coach Rico and they say yes

"Why you covering your face?" I ask

"I'm not, the sun is bright and I recently got sick so I'm wearing a mask" he says in a raspy tone

That doesn't seem like a likely possibility but I say okay and then we talk for a little about the "lacrosse team"

In the middle of me talking, he grabs me by the collar of my shirt and whispers in my ear

"Say goodbye"

Sorry that this was short, but I feel like it ended on a good stopping point (dw I'm not done with the book) also sorry if you have to watch an ad after this, they are really annoying
