Minho's gonna murder me.

"Dames," The officer started. He said something in French but we just raised our eyebrows at him. "Putains de touristes," He muttered. "Sorry to interrupt but your fun, but can I see your IDs, please? You look quite young to be drinking, no?" He said. Hana and I shared glances and I gave him my ID and Hana gave him her fake one.

I hoped he wouldn't notice that her ID was fake. I mean, he is an officer, but still. Minho would murder me if I got Hana arrested again.

"Miss Lee, is it?" He raised his eyebrow at Hana and she nodded. "I'm gonna be honest here. Your fake ID isn't fooling me. There's a spelling mistake," He pointed out. "And Miss Le Roux, were you aware of the fake ID?" He asked. I was tempted to lie, but he's an officer, I can't lie to him. I looked at Hana and she nodded slightly. I guess she said it was okay, to tell the truth.

"Yeah," I mumbled. "I was aware of it."

"You do realize fake IDs and underage drinking is punishable by law, right?" He asked.

"Yeah," Hana said, nodding slightly.

"I'm gonna have to ask you ladies to come with me," He said.

"Why her?" Han argued. "I mean, she doesn't have a fake ID and she is eighteen."

"I'm aware, but she knew of the fake ID and let an underage drink. So, I won't ask again, ladies, please come with me," He repeated. We stood up and followed him to the police car. Thank goodness he didn't place handcuffs on us. We didn't run away. We sat in the back of the police car as he drove us to what I guess was the police station.

We were sitting in the cells, I guess waiting for our turn to make a phone call. Hana didn't know anyone's phone number out of her head, and I only knew Thomas's. When I was called to go make a call, I dialled Thomas's number and it rang. I hope they're not drunk.

This is my fault. It's all my fault.

Thomas

The boys and I were playing weird games. At one point, Sonya came to tell us to shut up. She did that twice actually. We were playing truth or dare, it was strange. I kinda just stared at Newt as he downed three shots of hot sauce.

His eyes started tearing up and he was coughing. He was really pretty.

"Wooo!" Minho yelled.

"Your turn, Thomas," Aris said. I was about to ask Minho when my phone rang.

What is this number?

"I don't recognize this number," I said aloud.

"Put it on speaker," Newt suggested. I answered the call and put it on speaker.

"Thomas?" It was Anika. Something was wrong. She sounded scared almost. "You're not on speaker, are you?" She asked, her voice slightly shaky. I looked at the others before turning off the speaker and walking into a different room.

"Not anymore," I said. "You okay? You sound scared. Why aren't you sleeping?"

"Can you come get Hana and me?" She asked. "Please." Her voice was shaky and it sounded like she was whispering.

"Where are you?" I asked.

"The police station."

The police station.

"Please don't tell Minho, Thomas. Please," Her voice was pleading.

"Anika, what's going on? Why are you in the police station, and why shouldn't I tell Minho?" I asked.

"Because Hana's here too. Please, don't tell him."

"Alright. I won't," I said softly. I understood that she didn't want Minho to know. she wasn't scared of him but he already hated her and she didn't want him to know that she got Hana arrested.

"I'm sorry, Thomas," She said and it sounded like a quiet sob escaped her lips.

"Hey, it's not your fault," I said.

"But it is. I never should have let her drink and I knew she had a fake ID-" The call cut out. Shit. You only get a limited time to call someone. I guess she used all of the time.

Anika

"Thomas?" I ask when I don't hear him respond. Fuck, I ran out of time. I guess now we wait. This is all my fault. I never should have let her enter the bar. I knew she had a fake ID but I did nothing about it. I'm so fucking stupid.

I walk back to Hana and sit down next to her. She takes one look at me and hugs me.

"No matter how many times you say it to yourself, it's not your fault," She whispered. "I was the one who suggested we go out in the first place, alright? None of this is your fault."

"But I knew, Hana. I knew it was illegal, yet I still let you do it," I said, a teardrop falling down my cheek.

"It's not your fault," She whispered. "I'll keep telling you until you believe me." She slowly pulled away from the hug. We waited for a while, waiting for Thomas. I'm not too sure if he even has a driver's license.

I know Hana said it wasn't my fault. But it is. I let her go out. I let her drink underage. I knew about the fake ID. I knew. I knew it the whole time but I still let her.

Minho will no doubt find out sooner or later. Either by me telling him, Hana telling him or Thomas. Hopefully, Thomas hasn't told him. I know he's a loyal friend to Minho and all, but he wouldn't say something if he was asked not to.

I've known Thomas long enough, right?

My train of thought was interrupted when an officer opened the cell.

"Anika Le Roux, Hana Lee, you've been bailed out, please follow me," The officer said. Strange how he didn't say who. But then again, this is Paris, not the U.S.

I saw Thomas standing there. And-

I'm gonna shoot myself.
