Vacation with the shaytards (a shaytards fanfic)

Ch. 5

Ashlee's P.O.V:

"Okay will get your stuff later, now we will just meet the family now." Shay said, as we all got out of the car.

I grabbed my phone, as all of us hopped out of the car. My phone was buzzing from texts. I'm guessing it was either my friends, my brother, or some Instagram alert thing.

We walked into the house.

The house was a decent size, it had a long pathway, with a driveway. There were two other houses on the property, and when we were driving up, I'm pretty sure I saw a waterfall and a swing set. I think they also have a trampoline, but I'm not sure.

"So who's house is this?" Mel asked.

"Mine. We just had a small welcoming party for you guys!" Shay said as he unlocked the door.

My phone kept buzzing, but I ignored it. I looked at it and saw it was Holly and the squad texting me. They were blowing up my feed.

Anyways, Shay unlocked the house door, and we all went in.

Instantly, a girl, who looked about the age of nine or ten ran up to us. She had dark brown hair, and chocolate brown eyes.

"Daddy!" She called out, as she ran over to Shay and tackled him in a hug. Shay gave her a hug back, as he laughed.

After she let go of him, she faced us.

"Is that them? Our cousins that we didn't know about until yesterday!!!" She said, with excitement. I smiled, but in my mind, I was mentally slapping myself for having to here all this cheery-ness. To be honest, I wasn't really used to it.

"Yeah Avia, that's them, why don't we introduce them to the fam!" Shay said. We all nodded in agreement. Eleanor was distracted by her phone. I elbowed her as she looked up.

"Sorry. Chill." She said to me. I laughed.

"So, let's go meet everyone!" Shay said, as we followed him to a living room area/kitchen type of thing. Everyone was mostly in here.

When everyone saw us, they smiled.

"Attention all humans, please look at me." Shay said in a weird voice. Us three looked at him weirdly. Apparently so did Avia.

"Dad, please act human." She said, as she rolled her eyes. Melanie and I scoffed.

"Anyways, this is Melanie." He said as he pointed to Melanie. She made a funny pose, as some people laughed.

"This is Eleanor." He said as she bowed. Again, some people laughed.

"And this is Ashlee." He said, as he pointed at me. I waved, I have always been a little shy when it comes to people I don't know very well.

"So much for her grand entrance." El said. I gave her a 'stfu' look. She smiled. I smiled too as we burst into laughter. Soon Melanie joined in. Everyone was looking at us weird.

"What, we laugh at random moments!" I said.

Pretty soon I met everyone. There was Shay and his wife, Colette, along with his five kids, (that's a lot I know, not to be rude or anything) ,Gavin, who was eleven, Avia who was going to turn ten soon, Emmi who was seven, turning eight in August, Brock, who would be turning five, and Daxton, who would be turning two. Then, there's Casey, and his wife, Kayli, and his three kids, Braille, Gage, and Winston. Then, was Carlie, Shay and Casey's and Logan's sister, she has a son named Cooper.

Then there's Lori, and Carl, Shays parents. And last, there's Logan and his girlfriend, Morgan. They look cute together, and we so ship them, even though they can't have a ship name because they basically have the same name except with one different letter. (A/N: It was before they broke up.)

So yeah, I wonder how Vacation with the Shaytards will go!
