Chapter 3

"R Ryan.. You"  Ryan remove his mask and looked at her blankly, Sophia didn't said anything and looked down.

"Now tell me what are you doing here at this time?"  He asks after taking deep breaths.

"I got late because of over work." She says softly.

Suddenly the man again came and Seeing that man Sophia's cries became louder this time. 
And Sophia forced out the words out of fear.
"please help me."  Ryan took out a gun and points towards the man who stood infront of them.

But suddenly Ryan remembered something and a small smirk appear on his lips.

He turned his gaze towards Sophia who was standing in silent while sobbing.

"I will help you but In one condition." Sophia looked at him being confused and asks..

"W what condition?"

"Marry Me, Sophia."  He says with stright face.
"What."  She whispered being stunned by his words.

"Marry me and I am ready to save you from every difficultes and troubles, even from the murderer." 

"What are you saying. What do you mean by that.?"  She says while raising her voice a little.

"Do you know who this man is? he is a murderer, his profession is to kill people, And he's here to kill you."

Sophia went numb on her spot but didn't said anything. and watching her like this Ryan's expression turned dark and he says darkly.

"If you refuse then think again because once I'll leave I'll never come back, If you want your life safe and sound, then say yes, otherwise go."

Ryan just standing there while pointing the gun but his all focused was on her face who is now total different after hearing the words of him.

The man who is here to do something is also hearing their conversation, pointed gun is already made him stop on his place, he can't do anything.

"Hey, say something, don't stand like a statue."  Ryan growled, getting impatient.

Still she didn't said anything and now Ryan's eyes turned red because of anger.

"okay then Die.."  Saying that he put his gun on his pant pocket and started walking.

The man who was standing in silent is again started walking towards Sophia when he saw the guy walking away.

Sophia is feeling very angry and scared at the same time and in anger she pushed the man hard that made him fall on the ground very hard. and that thing is only increased his anger even more, after standing he grasped her hair tightly making Sophia scream in pain.

And now she is helpless and powerless so without any hesitation she says loudly enough for Ryan to hear her.

"I'm ready i'm ready iam ready for everything please help me please Ryan please."

And without wasting any second Ryan took out his gun and shoot the man between his forehead.

Sophia closed her eyes in extreme fear when she heard the gunshots, Ryan comes and stood infront of her before speaking.

"open your eyes."  Sophia slowly open her eyes and looked at him who was already looking at her.

"You ok?"  He asks but Sophia looked at him angrily and yelled.

"Why did you say that.? what do you want from me, tell me what wrong have I done? that you are doing this kind of things?"

Ryan took a deep breath before speaking in calm voice.

"You haven't done anything just help me." Sophia just stood in silent for sometime then said.

"Ok. I am ready to help you."

Sophia said wiping her nose just like a little baby while Ryan smile seeing her every movements, she was about to go but Ryan held her hand softly before speaking.

"don't go alone it's late night if you don't mind then can I drop u your home."

She didn't said anything and looked at him who was looking at her holding her hand in his one hand, Sophia slowly nodded and both started walking...

Whole time Ryan was holding her hand while walking.

Reaching home Ryan left her hand and says.
"I'll be waiting for you at church tomorrow evening at sharp 6:30..."  Sophia nodded and went inside the home.

Sia hugs Sophia as soon as she enters the house.
"where were you.? Everyone at home was worried about you."  Sophia just smile and says softly.

"I'm absolutely fine and haven't gone anywhere, it's just that I got a little late coming home due to a lot of work."

"It's good that you came home safe, come let's eat.".

David who was hearing their conversation standing behind Sia says while coming towards the door side and closed it, all of them went towards the dinning area and sat on the chair. And as always Sia and Sophia served the food.

"Dear, how's the day?"  Her Father asks, looking at her who was eating her food in silent.

"It was good but tiring, Dad."   She says but her father sences the strange behaviour in her.

He ignore this thinking maybe she is tired.

Sophia's Room.

Sophia stood in front of the window and was thinking about only one thing over and over again... Which is Ryan's words.

"Marry Me, Sophia."

She is wondering why he asked her to marry him. and about the man who came to kill her. They have only known each other for a while and he, without thinking twice, asks her to marry him. 

What he wants?

What his intention?

A sudden knock on the door brought her back to her sences, she looked at the door side and found her friend Sia.
They smiled at each other.

"Dad said to give you this warm milk, you will feel better."   She says softly and comes near her.

"Thanks Sia."  Sophia says softly when Sia handed her the glass.

They both stood in silent for a while before Sia speaks.

"You sure you fine?"  This question only made Sophia a little bit nervous and intensely she says.

"I am fine Sia i am fine don't worry about me okay I am fine."

Whatever is this but her eyes and behaviour shows something else that makes Sia curious.

Yet she didn't ask further and said with soft voice while holding her one hand.

"If you feel comfortable then try to talk to me okay.."

"Actually I want to tell you something--"

"What you both are doing humm?"

Suddenly David comes inside and asks looking at them with raised eyebrows.

"Nothing special just like that.."  Sia replied.

"Yeah nothing special."  Sophia says.

"Okay then good night.." David says, waving his hand and took his leave.

"Okay Sophia I'm also going to sleep now, good night sleep well."

"Good night.."  Sophia says when Sia closed the door.

Sophia took a deep breath and whispered softly looking at the moonlight which was shining in the dark sky.

"Jesus Christ Now everything is in your hands.."
