The next day came by very early. All around, the sun was radiant, full of itself. The birdsong and crickets were singing nonstop. It was Saturday. Stepping out of bed, I made my way to the restroom. Every detail of what happened last night came flooding back to me. I felt his final remark pierce my heart like poison.
"How are you feeling, Agie?" I asked Debbie and Jessica as I went outside to greet them fully awake. "I am fine," I declared, putting on a false smile as Debbie walked up to me.
We sincerely apologize for not being there for you. I wished I had stayed behind so that perhaps none of this would have occurred. says Debbie.
It wasn't your fault. "It was bound to happen " indeed it was. I mentally responded to myself.
"Can we just forget about everything , please" I pleaded with them.
Debbie said, "No can do that rascal has to pay." "And guess what, this morning the officer called to ask you to come and identify the offender."
My heart was thumping violently in my chest, and I muttered, "But."
Jessie went on, "No buts... girl," and she cut me off.
"All you need to do is identify him; the law will take care of the rest. So come on let's get going. "We all took a bath after that and got dressed. For my "protection," Jessie and Debbie were adamant that I go with them. I realized I had left my phone back in the dorm as we made our way to the gates. I cried out, "Oh sh*t." Jessie blurted out in a panic, "What is it?""My phone was on the room's table when I left it there. In an attempt to find it, I looked through my bag pack. "Well, we will just have to head back," Debbie said. "Oh no, I will go get it." Naturally, I could get it without my friends bodyguarding me like I was some kind of treasure. I started running towards the elevator, taking my heel.
My phone was in the location I had anticipated when I arrived at our room. After taking it, I made sure to lock the door behind me. Just as I got inside the elevator, a stranger wearing a black hoodie stepped in. I shift to the other side to make room for the newcomer. He moved behind me, and for a split second, I felt uneasy. Then, when I felt someone is hand on my waist, my unease increased.
I instantly recognized the voice as it said, "We meet again, my love.""missed me" it's got to be XAVIER.
He kissed me on the neck where his lips met mine.
"I have heard, dear, that you have reported a rape incident. Do you think I raped you?
"Mmm" was all I could say. The way he was moving around my neck and all over my body, how beautiful.
"Did I?" he repeated, his hands moving up the flimsy material that covered my chest this time. His finger swirled around my bra-covered, already erected nipples.
"Xavier," I let out a low moan.
"You didn't" I was already panting. . My breath hitch.
"You would go there now and claim not to know me. Should you act in a different way. You can be sure that I would give you a real fuck to write about. For weeks, you would limp from that one. I got chills as he kissed down my back.
**Ping***
The glass door of the elevator opens. With the hoodie pulled up over his face, he leaves. Following in his footsteps, I ran into my friends. Their gaze flickers from him to me again. They asked instantly, "Who is he?"No one," I shot back. It appeared that my response satisfied them.

In the station
We disembarked at the station's gates. as we entered. The officer who had been assigned to our case approached us.
His spectacles added to his allure, and his lips were too good to eat. He looked more professional thanks to his attire.

3rd person narrative ~~
Inspector Cohen walked the three ladies to his office. The desktop was situated in the middle of the table, and files of all sizes were almost evenly distributed across it. Directly behind his seat, there was a flag hanging. The desk was surrounded by two additional seats. Its entrance held a third seat.
In close proximity to the desk itself was the printer. A pot of lilies was placed in the window, which was left open. Additionally, a picture of the president was hanged. and a lovely picture frame with him, his spouse, and their daughter in it.
Inspector Cohen greeted them as they took their seats and said, "Thank you for coming. Based on the information I have, four men exited the building, according to the CCTV.
I would have to bring you along to see if you could identify anyone. Furthermore, a comprehensive inquiry would be carried out on the individual you select." He ended with words that flowed naturally from his mouth.

Following the discussion, Officer Cohen, along with the three women, proceeded to the inspection room, which was manned by two additional police officers. Following the opening of the door at the far end to the right, the arrived one after the other.
Agnes's eyes appeared to fixate on something or someone, and she maintained eye contact with them for a while while Jessie and Debbieie stared at them.

Agnes's POV
Xavier and his two other friends were present. As I contemplated whether or not to report him, his words continued to bother me. His eyes are fixed on me, a smirk plastered on his face. There was a light tap on my shoulder.
I looked up to see who it was, and I could feel Cohen watching me all the time. I smiled chastely at him as I emerged from my reverie and approached the officer, rubbing my hands tensely. "I mm he is not among them," I said. My heart was racing. After a long moment of staring, he concluded the examination. Jessie enquired about what had transpired, but I was unable to respond. after they had both departed. I advanced toward Cohen.
"I would like to withdraw this case," "Miss Agnes, is there a problem?"

"I do not want anything to tarnish my reputation, for any reason. Besides everyone will find out if I continue"I tried explaining .
"All right, then, but I would be here to help whenever you needed it." His smile was genuine.

"Ohk" I was happy he let me resolve the matter on my own. Well at least I have my head above the waters.

It was strange riding back to campus, and my friends would not talk to me. They could not understand why I made this decision without consulting them first.
The car screeches to a halt and jessie paid the chauffeur as we got out.
