HA made u lookHayun soon caught up to Jisung who had waited upon her text telling him to, he was awkwardly stood there as people passed by him.
"Hey." She beamed, standing in front of him with her nose and cheeks dusted in a hue of pink from the cold, her hair pulled back in a ponytail but pieces of hair which didn't fit were out framing her face.
Hayun's smile radiated a warmth that seemed to defy the chilly air around her. Her eyes, alight with a mixture of excitement and joy, crinkled at the corners.
"Hi." He replied, hands in the pocket of his jacket. He took his music off, not wanting to seem rude for not paying attention to her as she spoke.
As they walked through the familiar corridors of the company building, Hayun couldn't contain the mix of excitement and disbelief that danced in her eyes. She turned to Jisung, her voice tinged with a pinch of amazement.
"Jisung, I can't believe today's the day. Like, we've been working towards this for so long, and now it's actually happening," Hayun said, her words a blend of enthusiasm and a touch of incredulity.
"Are you...excited? How are you like feeling about debuting, it must be exciting." He asked, Hayun nodded in response.
"It's just surreal, you know? From the trainee days to now," she continued, her gaze sweeping across the bustling environment. "Debuting as Everlast... it's a dream come true. Also, I couldn't have done it without you, the dancing and all."
Jisung shook his head, denying her statement. Hayun chuckled, rolling her eyes.
"Come on, if you didn't help me they would've cut me out so fast." She lightly bumped her arm against his. "So thank you."As they approached the cafe, the scent of coffee wafted through the air, adding to the lively ambiance of the building. The journey to the debut felt like a surreal yet undeniable reality.
In the bustling queue to the cafe, Hayun, the embodiment of extroverted energy, chatted animatedly with Jisung. Her expressive eyes sparkled with enthusiasm as she spoke, stealing glances at him in between sentences.
