Abhimanyu gave Akshara medicine that she gulped pretty quickly without throwing any tantrums. She is in so much pain right now and would everything to remove that pain. Abhi knew that she was in so much pain which is why she ate medicine so easily. He carefully settled down on the bed and took her in his embrace.

"It's paining so much, Abhi", said Akshara while crying.

"I know sweetheart, I know", said Abhi softly caressing her back.

"Abhi tum gussa ho mujhse", asked Akshara.

"Gussa nhi hoon mai, Akshu. Mai bas darr gya tha. Tum jab mujhe mil nhi rhi thi toh meri jaan nikli jaa rhi thi. Aur jab maine tumhe aise dekha tab toh aisa lag rha tha kisi ne meri sansein cheen li ho mujhse. I love you so much Akshu. Tumhare bina yeh Abhimanyu apni life imagine bhi nhi kr sakta hai", said Abhi with teary eyes.

"I am sorry Abhi. I know mujhe aise careless nhi hona chahiye tha. I promise mai aaj ke baad aisa kuch nhi karoongi", promised Akshara.

"This time serious wala promise Akshu. Mai tumhe aise pain mai nhi dekh sakta Akshu", said Abhi as he kissed her forehead.

"Nhi Abhi yeh sacha wala promise tha. Mai apna poora dhyan rakhoongi. I won't be careless regarding my health now", said Akshara earnestly.

"Good. Ab tumhare pain ka kya kre", asked Abhi.

"Abhi, divert my attention from this. Only you can do this", Akshara requested him. Abhi nodded his head. He gets up and closes all the windows and curtains. He then took her in his embrace and started singing a song for her. His singing improved considerably. Akshara became his personal tutor, she taught him some songs, but this talent was reserved for his wife only. He hummed her favourite song. He was caressing her back to soothe her pain.

"I love this song", mumbled Akshara. "Abhi tumhe yaad hai ki tumne yeh song pehli baar kab gaya tha", asked Akshara.

"Of course yaad hai sweetheart. Yeh song maine first time tumhare birthday pr tumhare liye gaya tha aur 13 saal baad bhi mai yeh song sirf tumhare liye hi gata hoon", said Abhi softly.

"Time kitni jaldi beet jata hai na, Abhi. Aisa lag rha hai jaise abhi kl ki hi baat ho jab humari shadi hui thi aur aaj dekho 13 saal ho gye uss baat ko", said Akshara thinking about the day they got married.

"You are right, Akshu. 13 blissful years", said Abhi reminiscing about these happy times.

"Akshu, ab dard kaisa hai", asked Abhi worriedly. Akshara mumbled something incoherent in her sleep. Abhi smiled looking at her peaceful face while sleeping.

"You are my life Akshu. Tumhe kuch hota hai toh meri jaan nikal jati hai. Tumhara Abhi tumhare bina survive nhi kr sakta hai", said Abhi emotionally. He tenderly kissed her forehead, her eyes, her lips.

After putting her to sleep, Abhi goes to look for his chillar party. The house is very quiet right now. He was sure the chillar party was definitely doing something. He went to the playroom and saw all the kids huddled together doing some serious discussion. He got close to them and saw the book with different fruits and vegetables opened in the middle and the kids were discussing something seriously.

"Yeh kya ho rha hai yha", said Abhi slowly. He didn't want to startle the kids.

"Ohh hii papa! Come on sit down we need your help", said Abhir. Abhi sat with the kids. Anaira got up from her place and sat on Abhi's lap. Abhi instantly wrapped his arms around his mini Akshu.
