The rest of the night, the girls stayed in Natalie's room. They had the princess bride running in the background while they drank and talked. Audrey, of course, didn't drink all that much before she was gone. Natalie drank the equivalent to match Audrey.
"I wish Wesley would be my husband," Audrey stammered.
"You should totally date someone like him, I might know a couple of tall blondes," Natalie said. They giggled and chortled, forgetting that Natalie's parents were sleeping across the hall. They must've been out because no one barged in to break up the fun.
"No, No I'm saving myself for a special someone," Audrey said. She lifted up her wrist and waved the bracelet she received from Adrian. She laughed some more.
"I think I know who," Natalie said.
Suddenly Audrey got silent. "You know?" She asked nervously.
"Of course I do! And I got a feeling he likes you back!"
"He does?" Audrey flustered and giggled. Natalie put her arm around her and hugged her.
"Hey don't feel weird just cause Chris is my ex, not much happened between us. I say you should go for it."
Audrey laughed. "As you wish," she said, quoting the movie before them.
The next morning the girls woke up around one with a hangover. Audrey had a good few missed calls from her grandma.
"Oh man, no more drinking for me," Audrey said, rubbing her head gently.
"Want coffee?" Natalie asked.
Audrey passed on the offer. She didn't really want to go home but she didn't want to keep her grandmother waiting. Instead of staying for breakfast after Natalie insisted, Audrey walked home. She was smiling as she reminisced the whole night. Even if it wasn't true, she felt that was the most fun she had ever had in her life.
