"You deserve everything, and much more." Georg smiled, placing his arm around my shoulder, as we walked next to Gustav sitting down on the little pieces of gravel. I smiled beginning to open the box of nuggets as I took a bite. They were still warm. I looked in my bag and took out some Barbecue sauce dipping one in the sauce. "How is your food?" Georg questioned, taking a bite of his big Mac. "Amazing, thank you." I smiled, he nodded in response. His mouth full. "How about you.....Gustav" Georg trailed off, watching Gustav bite into his burger, sauce dripping everywhere. Gutsav ate staring off into the lake before slowly turning his head to our direction. "Hm?" "Never mind." Georg answered, I laughed. If anyone could naturally be funny it was definitely Georg and Gustav. If they wanted to they could be comedians, a duo. I bet you they'd make millions. "So.." Gustav replied, taking bites of his burger. "What do you guys think of Bill and Tom?" Gustav asked his mouth full, "I think they're really nice boys."I answered,
Georg nodded, "Yeah they're really cool." "They're so different..." Gustav responded, "Yet so alike" we all responded in union, we all laughed. "I wonder why they switched schools espically already half way into the first semester, and came halfway on a school day?" I wondered, I didn't think much about it until now. "Yeah, you're right I didn't think about that." Georg replied, we all nodded. "We should ask them tomorrow at lunch. Or whenever we get the chance." Gustav said, "Yeah, for sure sounds like a plan." I agreed. The rest of the evening the three of us watched the sun go down and talked and ate. We could talk about the most random stuff and not get bored. Gustav could tell us about the story of how he ripped his shoelace while tying his shoe and we would all be fascinated. I think mainly it was become we just felt at home with one another. Comfortable in each other's presences.
I smiled taking in the scenery around me, it was beautiful and the fact that I was with my two bestfriends in the whole wide world made it better. I loved every moment. We all finished our meals. "Who's ever rock makes it the farthest down the lake gets one wish." Gustav chirped, "You're so gonna loose" Georg smirked, we all got up. "You guys are going down." Gutsav reached in his bag grabbing greasy napkins handing them to me. "What's this for?" I questioned, "To dry your tears when you loose." Gutsav responded, in a cocky tone. "Oh you're so on Schafer." I threw the napkins at him grabbing a stone near me. We all grabbed our stones. "Gustav you're up." Georg crossed his arms. Gustav threw his stone. It made it pretty far with a splash. "You're up." Gustav grinned at Georg, Georg kissed his stone before throwing it right next to Gustav's. "Would you look at that."
I threw my rock as far as I could, feeling a future soreness developing in my arm. It landed a inch farther then both Gustav's and Georgs. "WOOOOOOOO!" I ran in a circle my arms held high. "Who's gonna need them greasy napkins now to wipe away their tears?" I laughed, "Whatever just make your wish." Gustav playfully rolled his eyes. "My pleasure." I smirked. Closing my eyes and holding my hands together. I made my wish it was simple. Yet meaningful. "What'd you wish for?" Georg asked, as I opened my eyes. "I can't say or it won't come true." "Come on Y/N.." Georg whined, as we all began to pack up our trash and head to the car. I shook my head. Georg sighed, "Fine." We threw our trash into a nearby trash can around the corner from the car. We made our way into Georgs car. I relaxed my head on the back of the seat closing my eyes. This had to be one of the best days ever.
Besides the fight with my mom. Oh crap, I had forgotten all about it...what would I do when I got home? Wait what am I worrying about I left the window unlocked. I'll be fine. I'll just go to bed and then the next day at school I'll come up with something to say to her. I'll be okay. We shortly arrived back at my place. "I'm nervous." I admitted, "Don't worry, we'll make sure you get inside safe." Georg smiled, we all got out of the car making our way to the back of the house. Georg and Gustav directed me how to get up the tree safely. I made my way up the tree almost slipping. I scooted myself cautiously on the branch close to my window. I turned to Gutsav and Georg giving them a thumbs up before opening my window.
