Ch.2- Bond

Harmony's P.O.V.

I took the food that was made for Loretta, and went in the empty room she was in (idk what that room's name is T^T) with Melody. "HARMONY, MELODY!" my mother shouted. "I TOLD YOU TO TAKE CARE OF HER SINCE YOU'RE THE OLDEST!"  She shouted at me. 

"You'll be worse than this if you go somewhere else." she said, then took a glance at Loretta. "oh my.......It's ok. Be thankful that you can get a smelly blanket." My mother said to Loretta, turning around.

"...umm your name is Loretta right?" I asked. "W-we saw the name engraved on the small necklace you were wearing." Melody said. "It says Loretta, is that your name?" I asked, ofc I knew her name, but then Loretta would freak out more. 

"Here," I said putting the soup down. "I made it myself. I'll put the soup here, so you have to eat it, alright?" I said. Before I walked away, I added "I- I'm sorry you have to go through this." And then walked away.

I invited Loretta to Our (by "our" It mean melody & Harmony's) room, and said, "You can sleep in our bed in our room." I said, giving her an eye-closed smile. "You'll sleep much better than the hard chair in our mother's room." Melody added. 

Loretta walked to our bed and laid down, trembling. "Are you ok?" I asked, reaching my hand to her, but then paused. After all, I'm just a slave trader to Loretta.

I woke up, earlier than others, as always. I dressed up quietly, and went down the kitchen to make breakfast. After everyone woke up, Loretta sat at the table, without running, or hiding. 'HOW CAN SHE BE SOOO CUTE' I thought. 

"HARMONY" my mother shouted, making me snap out of my thoughts about how cute Loretta is. "GET BACK HERE NOW!"

"The milk is hot, so make sure to be careful, alright?" I said/asked smiling at Loretta.

Time skip. (I didn't want to time skip, but the manhwa did sooo)

'oh, it's raining.' I thought. "I hope there is no thunder." Melody murmured. *Knock* I walked toward the door and saw Loretta. "Loretta! You're a little late today," I said with a smile. then, she hugged me and didn't let go for a few minutes. 

'oh, it must be the rain, after all, her mother died during the rain' just then, Melody walked up to the window and opened it, and said, "Hey Loretta! Leaves wither from rain and wind." 

Loretta said, "O- oh my god" "MELODY! CLOSE THE WINDOW!" I whisper shouted. She quickly closed the window. "What were you thinking?" I asked in a whispering tone. "Of course she is traumatized of the rain, OUR MOTHER LITERALLY KIDNAPPED HER!" I whisper shouted.

"S- sorry." Melody said to Loretta. "Loretta," I said. "Try covering your ears, it helps a bit, even though you can still hear the rain." after I said that, She wiped her tears and covered her ears. "Does it help a little? I asked.

"Kind of." Loretta said. I thought for a moment, and said, "Do you want me to sing you a lullaby? I asked. "Harmony's voice is like an angel" Melody added. "...ok" Loretta said. I grabbed my guitar I bought with my own money, and started to sing The Song Of Sea.

After I finished, Loretta & Melody was asleep. Then I prayed to god, "Dear god," I said. "Please bless these children with happiness." and went off to sleep.

Nobody's P.O.V.

"Duke." the brown haired guard said. "We found it. The place is quite secluded. The "Duke" stood up from him seat, and said, "Prepare the horses. I'll be right away."
