"I don't understand" Kim rose an eyebrow

"I hardly see you laugh or smile genuinely so why don't you loosen up and smile" Joanna moved a little on the bed in Kimberly's bedroom

"I know, Smiling and Laughing triggers a chemical reaction in the brain which releases proteins called neuropeptides, they help strengthen the immune system"

"So smiling can help me to not fall sick"

"Not exactly but it can reduce your chances of falling sick,Smiling triggers the release of endorphins, dopamine and serotonin which improves your mood"

"Smiling can temporarily reduce body pains"

"It helps build better relationships, no one would like to be around someone with a sour mood"

"Smile and Laugh because its what christians do, there's a verse about Rejoicing, Philippians 4:4,Rejoicing in the Lord is one of the things that makes Christians different"

"What other stuffs make Christians different" Kim's eyes stared at her cousin with a questioning look

"I'm not sure though, but I think it's the fruits of the Spirit in our daily lives, you know Love, Joy, Peace and the rest"
