《37》Vince

As the sun gracefully rises above the shimmering sea, Doms car cruises along the coastal road, finally arriving in the breathtaking city of Rio de Janeiro. The golden rays of sunlight bathe the city in a warm glow.
Elli woke up of the warm sun shine after she closed her eyes for some hours.

,,Good morning girly", Dom said and stroked over her head.

,,Where are we?", Ella asked him with a raspy voice from sleeping.

Dom handed his daughter a bottle of water while he answered ,,Rio de Janeiro"

The big statue of Rio came now into her view. Ella touched her necklace as she thought about her first time in Rio.

Flashback

,,Mi hija wake up", Letty gently shook the nine year old Elli awake who sat in the car.

,,Where are we?", Ella asked, rubbed her eyes and looked at her mother.

,,Come out and look for yourself", Letty just answered and got together with Dom out of the car.

Ella quickly climbed out of the car to her parents. Letty looked up to the Cristo Redentor. The high statue was brightened from the sun while they had the breathtaking view all for them selfs.
Dom put his hands around Ellas waist and picked her up while walking backwards and looking at the statue.

,,You know why your mom loves this place so much?", Dom asked the little girl and put her back on the ground.

,,No", Ella smiled at him and looked back up at the statue.

,,It's because you can feel God the nearest here. He can protect you and gives to the people in the stars and down here a home. You feel save around here", Letty said and walked with a smile to her boyfriend and daughter.
,,You should remember that hija. You'll always be save with him"

Flashback end

,,What do you think of?", Dom asked as he saw her dreamy eyes.

,,Mom", she smiled sadly. ,,She loved this place"

,,You remember why?", He asked a bit sad too but still smiling at the memory of her.

,,Of course", Ella smiled at him ,,She told me so often to make sure I would never forget", She laughed slitly at the memory of her mothers voice.

Dom drove up the street to another part of Rio with many houses in different colors. Dom drove up a driveway. A man who carried some bags on his shoulders turned around and smiled as he saw what car came to an stop behind him.

Dom got out of the car and walked torwards the brown haired man.
,,Dom", he greeted him with a big smile and hugged him.

,,Vince", Dom said and hugged him back.

Ella meanwhile got out of the car too and walked slowly torwards the two man.

As they broke apart Vince looked behind Dom to the ten year old.
,,Elli?", he asked happyli.

,,Hi", She said a bit shy as Vince brought her into a big hug. ,,Oh I missed you little trouble."

,,I'm not little", Ella complained quietly as they also broke apart.

,,Where's Mia and Brian?", Dom asked the other man smiling.

,,Oh I thought you would be here earlier, they are already on the train. I was only waiting for you", He said and nodded to the car up the street. ,,We're going to meet some guys, come on", Vince started to walk to the car.

Ella looked at Dom unsettled if she should go with them or stay back. But Dom just nodded slightly and put a hand on her back as they walked together to Vince car who layed the bags in the back of the car.

They drove with his 2002 Nissan Skyline out of the city.
Ella looked out of the window in the back seat as the car came to an stop. Dry ground and some dead bushes. >>Beautiful<< she thought ironic.

Dom, Vince and Ella got out of the car and walked to four man. Another car with a large loading platform stood behind them ,,Can we go now?", One man called as the other two sat down in the front. Dom took Ellis hand and walked torwards the car but Vince stopped them.

,,Dom wait", He called and kneeled down infront of the bags out of his car. ,,Here take these", Vince held two glasses and bandanas in his hand.
,,So you dont get anything in your mouth and eyes. We don't wanna eat the dirt, dont we?", He asked Ella playfully and squinted at her. Ella smiled as he did.

Ella and Dom took the stuff out of Vince hand. The girl firstly put on the glasses and tried to tie the bandana behind her head after but failed. Vince who got the bags on the other car and put his own bandana and glasses on before he saw the struggle from Elli.

He kneeled infront of her and turned her body so her back faces him. Vince took the ends of the bandana and tied them together. ,,Here you go", He smiled at the girl.

,,Thanks", she said and walked to Dom who stood beside the car.

Vince eyes followed her. He remembered that little cheerful girl who always wanted to do something with him but in the last years they had together, he was to jealous of Brian and didn't wanted to spent much time with her anymore. And now she had grown and changed. Her dark, brown, long hair and the brown eyes looked so much like Lettys.

,,Ay Vince come here real quick", screamed one of the man and ripped him out of his daydream.

Elli looked at the man who called for Vince as they walked away together. Her eyes showed her distrust.

,,What do you think?", Dom asked her before lifting her up to sit on the truck.

,,I have a wierd feeling about this", She looked at him. Dom had told the girl everything about this "easy" job and she felt that this wouldn't end well.

,,What do you mean?", his brown eyes looked in hers with interest.

,,This people, this job. I don't know.. I don't trust them and I have a feeling that this job isn't like what they told us", told Ella her father.

,,I don't trust them either but I trust Vince", Dom said while getting on the truck himself.

,,I don't know... Vince is-", Elli started but Dom cut her of.

,,Vince is family Elli and we can and will trust him", and with that he endet the conversation even though Ella still has a bad feeling about this.

I finally made it.
I'm so sorry for not posting I just didn't got time for anything right now.. sorry. But we will see maybe I can write some chapter in the next time.
