Elise rides Moonlight as fast as the horse can go, the Castle getting closer and closer, urging the horse to go even faster. She hates that she had left her sister behind, but she will do exactly what she was asked. Elise will save her, even if she has to do it herself.
She sees the gate to the courtyard and rushes in, startling the guards. Moonlight rears up, almost throwing Elise off the saddle, as the men gather around them. Elise can see the looks of recognition as they see Moonlight and knows that she needs to move fast.
Before she can even say a word, a guard asks her how she has Moonlight and why. Elise tries to tell him who she is, but the man isn't listening. All he cares about is how she has Moonlight, not even trying to understand who she is.
Elise sees a tall man stepping out into the courtyard, and she is quick in recognizing him.
-"Commander Padalecki!" - She screams, making Jared look up at her. -"I'm Lady Elise, the Queen's sister. We met at the wedding."
-"Lady Elise." - At the mention of the wedding, Jared immediately knows who she is. -"Stand down. NOW! Someone get the King. Are you alright?"
-"There's no time. You need to help my sister."
-"What's going on here?" - Jensen's voice can be heard coming from behind them, confused as to why Moonlight is there without Harmony.
-"Your Majesty. We need to help Harmony. She was taken by the rebels, she sent me to the Castle to get her help. Please." - Tears now slide down her cheeks and Elise can't stop them.
-"Commander, get your best men and prepare to leave as soon as possible. Elise, I promise you I will bring Harmony home."
Jensen leads her inside, hoping he can find someone trustworthy to stay with Elise while he goes after Harmony. As luck would have it, his mother and Justice are making their way to the courtyard themselves and Jensen asks them to care for Elise until he returns, before heading for the armory.
Donna knows the look in her son's eyes and tells Justice to take Elise to her chambers and to wait there for her. Following Jensen to the armory, she understands why Jensen is about to face the rebels head on, but there are things that, as the King, he can't do. And as much as it pains her and will upset him, this is one of them.
She walks into the armory and sees Jensen putting his armor on with some help from Jared. "This isn't going to be pretty."
-"What do you think you're doing?"
-"I'm going after Harmony. I should've never let her leave, at least not alone."
-"Jensen, you can't go."
-"The hell I can't! She's my wife! I'm going after her and bringing her home."
-"You need to think this through. They already have the Queen. If you go and, God forbid, something goes wrong, they will have the King as well."
-"I DON'T CARE!!!!" - Jensen yells. -"They have my wife and I'm not going to rest until she is back home with me."
-"I understand." - Donna softly says, gently grabbing his hands. -"But you need to think about the big picture here. Besides, I doubt Harmony would want you to get in danger for her."
-"I can't lose her. Not after everything we went through." - Tears fill up his eyes.
-"You won't." - Jared states, walking up to Jensen and Donna. -"You have my word, I won't stop until the Queen is safe and back with you."
Jared knows how important Harmony is to Jensen and he has every intention to keep his word. He sees Jensen nod at him, resignation written all over his face, and Jared doesn't waste time.
He finds where Elise is and asks her where she has seen her sister last, giving her a map to show him the precise location. Once armed with the information he needed, Jared makes his way to the courtyard and climbs onto his horse. He looks back, seeing Jensen standing in the courtyard, watching him leave, and knows that Jensen will never be the same if anything happens to Harmony. Jared gives his King, and friend, a nod, before leading his men out of the courtyard.
Jensen sees Jared ride away, headed for the last place Harmony was seen, and he can't stop the feeling of uselessness that invades his heart. He wants to go with his men and find Harmony himself, but he knows that his mother is right, as hard as that might be to admit.
All Jensen can really do now is wait, and pray that it's not too late.
