"Who's gonna find her?"
We all froze in shock. The voice belonged to Hanzo. We quickly turned around and saw Kizaki was standing next to him. Both of them had big grins on their faces as they towered over our squatted forms. Eiji immediately shot a shadow towards Hanzo.
"RUN Y/N!" He yelled at me but I was frozen in place.
Daichi picked me up and started running. Kizaki followed us while Eiji kept Hanzo busy.
"Y/n snap out of it!" Daichi yelled.
Kizaki had a wind style quirk. He sent a small storm towards us. Not big enough to harm us but strong enough to separate us. Both of us flew in two different directions. Daichi quickly got back up and shot a beam of light towards him. This time, he didn't have to tell me to run, I already was.
'If I can get to All Might then he can help us. He can save my brothers and we can live together.'
I ran through the woods, into an open field. In front of me, I saw most of my fathers men and henchmen. All of his men had me surrounded. It was an ambush. They knew we had left the house. There was no escape. I would be stuck with my father and that man for the rest of my life. Even after Daichi and Eiji had tried their best to help me.
My mind went blank and my eyes turned white. Light shot out of me at an incredible speed and hit all the men. Some of them got back up and stood in fighting positions. They were ready to take me on and I was just as ready to fight them. One after the other, the men started falling by my hands. A mixture of shadows and light flashed past the top of the trees.
"Y/n?" A taunting voice called out to me.
I turned around with one of the beat up men hanging from my arm. In that moment, I wished I had never left that house. My father was standing there with Daichi in his right hand and Eiji in his left.
"I think it's quite enough is it not? It's time to go home." He smiled at me. His hand around Eiji's throat squeezed shut while Eiji gasped for air, clawing at his hands.
"Stop! I'll come with you if you let them go!"
His smile got bigger as my brother's frowns got deeper.
"Y/n don't listen and just go!" Eiji yelled out.
"I wish I could set them free Y/n, I truly do but... how would it look for my soldiers if I let a weapon take advantage of me and try to steal from me. I have to set an example out of someone."
"But he's your son!" I yelled at him.
"An even bigger reason to why I should punish him. Imagine how scared my followers would be of me once they realize that I won't even bend for my children!"
Before anything else could be said or done, a sharp spear made of shadows pierced Eiji in the stomach. My father let go of him as his lifeless body laid in the grass. Father's smile grew bigger as he turned to Daichi.
"Y/n... run..." Daichi weakly muttered before also being stabbed.
Their blood splattered onto my face and clothes, mixing in with the blood of the men I had fought and my own blood. I fell to my knees as I watched the grass turn red.
"HAHAHAHA LOOK WHAT HAPPENS TO TRAITORS! Y/n look closely! You did this!" My father laughed.
I could hear him but at the same time I couldn't. It's weird and hard to explain but his voice was slowly fading away. My mind went blank as my brother's bodies became more and more clear. I could see every little injury on them, every scratch, every bruise. My mind was silent but loud at the same time.
