Confusion || Todoroki vs Bakugo x Reader

~Thirteen~

The students started to slowly reach the end, one by one. As cheers could be heard from the crowds, you were bent over trying to catch your breath as a pool of blood slowly started to form under you. Blood flowing down from your back. Todoroki approached you, along with Midoriya, to see how you were doing but before they could say anything, Bakugo stomped towards you. He grabbed you by your shirt and pulled you up.

"What the hell was that!?" He screamed at you.

"You shouldn't have pushed yourself this hard." Todoroki said as he tried to get Bakugo to let go of you.

You straightened up to say something but got cut off by Present Mic

"Looks like we need medical help for a student and quickly!" 

All cameras quickly turned to you, the angry Bakugo, Todoroki who was trying to stop him and a concerned Midoriya.

"Were you trying to kill yourself! You can't die until I beat you!" He yelled at you as medical staff rushed over.

"You should've been more careful..." Midoriya spoke quietly.

"I told her she would have to miss the festival this year." Aizawa said with worry being evident in his voice.

You looked up at them as you pushed off Bakugo's hand.

"I wanted you guys to push past your limits." You shrugged.

The three of them widened their eyes from shock as you got dragged away by the doctors.

"Don't worry everyone, she will be fine." Aizawa said though it sounded more like he was trying to convince himself rather than the crowd.

"Who wants her to join us after she is done getting treated?" Present Mic asked to lift the tension that had been left by you.

His question was met with cheers from the crowds and even reporters. Todoroki continued to watch until you were out of view. He knew you would make it but he was more concerned about if you would be allowed to continue with the festival

"The first game of the first-year stage is finally over."

 "Now, take a look at the results!" Midnight announced while you were being treated.

1st place: Class 1A Izuku Midoriya

2nd place: Class 1A Y/n Ito

3rd place: Class 1A Shoto Todoroki

4th place: Class 1A Katsuki Bakugo

"The top 42 made it through to the next round. It's unfortunate, but don't worry worry even if you didn't make it! We've prepared other chances for you to shine. The real competition begins next! Give it your all!" 

Midnight continued the announcement as Aizawa made his way to the hospital wing. He had to be quick.

"Now then, here is the second game. I already know what it is but what could it be? What could it be? Now here it is... Cavalry battle!" 

As she tried to stall for time for Eraser head, you were already hooked up to a bunch of machines. 

"Let me explain. The participants can form teams of two to four people as they wish. It's basically the same as a regular cavalry game but the one thing that's different is..." 

He finally made it to you as you were receiving a blood transplant. Nurses were gathered around you trying to help you to the best of their abilities. 

"Based on the results of the last game, each person has been given a point value. Depending on who you have on your team, the points will differ. The points assigned go up by five starting from the bottom."
