Confusion || Todoroki vs Bakugo x Reader

~Twenty Five~

After a long weekend you and Aizawa entered the classroom together. You walked to the back of the class and sat down in your usual seat. Aizawa began the lesson by informing the class that it was time to pick their hero names. He explained that it was related to working in agencies with other heroes in the second and third year. 

"Here are the totals of those with offers." He said and the numbers showed up on a screen. 

Todoroki had 4123, Bakugo had 3556 and you had 4019. The rest of the numbers weren't that high. 

"In other years, it's been more spread out, but all eyes were on these three this year. Weather you got an offer or not you will all be taking part in internships with pros. Except for you Y/n, you'll be working full time instead."

Midnight came in to oversee the name picking while Aizawa retreated into his yellow sleeping bag. This was another thing that you wouldn't be involved in since you already had a hero name. Everyone got to work trying to think of names for themselves.

"Hey Y/n, how did you pick yours?" Kirishima leaned back on your desk.

"I didn't. People chose one for me."

"You got it easy! I don't even know what to pick." Mina complained. 

More students came and complained to you about having a hard time so in the end you snapped. 

"Just pick something that reflects your quirks or the type of hero you wanna be dammit! How the hell am I supposed to know what name suits you?!" 

"That's really good advice Y/n." Midnight joined in on your conversation. 

"I wasn't giving advice." You grumbled at her. 

"Why don't you pick a new hero name for yourself too!" Ochaco suggested and you gave her a frown.

"I don't need one, mine is fine."

"It's sounds more like a villain name to be honest." Kaminari said. 

"Yeah you should pick something more inviting. Like light girl or something." Sero chuckled earning laughs from a few classmates.

"Light girl? That sounds stupid." You retaliated.

"It does, but you should pick something new." Aizawa said from the floor in his sleeping bag. 

"Shut up old man!" 

Some time later everyone was presenting their hero names. Some had good ones and got accepted by Midnight while others were not. Todoroki just picked Shoto, his own name and now it was Bakugo's turn. 

"King explosion murder." 

"You probably shouldn't pick something like that." Midnight sighed.

"Why not!?" Bakugo got angry.

He got sent back to his chair as you held back your laughter at the weird name he had picked. Some more students went until it was his turn again. 

"Lord explosion murder!"

"Still no good..." Midnight slumped over. This time you couldn't hold yourself back. You burst out laughing, almost falling out of your chair. The class watched as Bakugo's face twisted in anger the longer you laughed. Sweat started to roll down their faces as the classrooms atmosphere got more and more tense. 

"What the hell are you laughing at Scarface?!" He yelled at you. 

"What kind of a hero name is that?" You managed to answer between your laughs.

He stomped towards you and grabbed you by the collar with one hand while the other shot of explosions.

"Who do you think you are!?" He yelled some more. You stopped laughing and looked him dead in the eyes.
