Daniel's POV - where we left off.The cube decided to warm up in his pocket, since it could control its own internal and external temperature, which created a small warmspot in Daniel's jacket.
At first Daniel began to think that he peed himself from fear, before quickly realizing that it was the cube, as his pocket with beginning to glow a little.
Daniel took the liberty of sticking his numb-from-cold fingers into his pocket,
It was nice and warm like a campfire, which felt indescribable in comparison to the perpetually cold temperatures of the North Atlantic.
"Thanks" Daniel whispered

The clouds were staring to break up, the shockwave from the nuke breaking up the clouds that were once in a dreary gray blanket over the ocean's surface,
A Beautiful, but terrifying sight.
One thing that Daniel also made sure to take note of was the sun, peeking out of the separated clouds
The giant yellow ball in the sky was impossible to completely ignore, but something about it reassured Daniel.
Daniel took his much warmer hands and whispered a quick prayer.
"Oh God, thank you for keeping me alive, can I please see mother again? In the name of Jesus I pray, amen." Daniel said.
Daniel wondered if bid could hear him, being trapped inside of a phone and all, hopefully he could though.
Daniel wasn't exactly one to want discouragement at this dire hour anyways.
After the siren nuke went off, the Bismarck was back out at sea, once again seemingly damned to never weigh anchor without some unprovoked attack forcing them back out into the ocean, like a beast being prodded by spears, unable to rest.
Water droplets rushed down Daniel's face,
At first Daniel thought he was sweating,
But then it took him about a second to realize that he was soaking wet from the billowing waves.
As the adrenaline finally decreased, Daniel finally realized something
"Schi##e. It's f#####g f-freezing..." Daniel said, his teeth beginning to chatter.
Instantly he made a beeline for the indoors.
The cold-swept metal door had ice growing on it.
Daniel braced his hand by rubbing on his other before touching the handle to the door.
"Ack!" Daniel hissed,
