After a while, the group came rushing into the cell block, Daryl, Rick and T-Dog carrying Hershel. One of his legs was missing a.

"Oh my God." Alicia breathed, grabbing Beth's arm and moving her out of the way so they could lay him down. She turned, looking to Daryl and rushing over to him.

"Are you ok?" She asked, grabbing his face. She turned his head, getting a better view of his neck. She then grabbed his wrist, turning over his arms.

Daryl chuckled at her behavior. "See, no bites." He assured her. "I'm ok."

She nodded, wrapping her arms around his waist and placing her head on his chest. "What happened?" She asked.

"He was bit. We cut his leg off." He sighed. "And we met some jackasses who've been holed up in here since the start of this shit. Bunch o' prisoner."

She nodded. "I'm just glad you're ok." She rested her chin on his chest, looking up at him. He craned his neck down, pressing his lips against hers.

"Ain't you glad I made ya' stay back? Didn't have to see us chop of his leg." He raised his eyebrows.

Alicia rolled her eyes. "Whatever."

Alicia stood beside Daryl out in the prison yard. They were moving their cars inside the prison gates now.

"Alright, let's get the other cars in. We'll park 'em in the west entry of the yard." Rick said as Carol drove one of the cars through the gates.

"Good. Our vehicles camped out there look like a giant vacancy sign!" Daryl said.

Rick nodded. "After that we need to load up the corpses so we can burn them."

"It's gonna be a long day." T-Dog sighed. Alicia laughed, patting his back.

"Oh yeah."

"Where's Glenn and Maggie? We could use some help." Carol asked.

Daryl and Alicia looked to each other, stifling laughter. "Up in the guard tower." He answered.

Rick scoffed. "Guard tower? They were just up their last night."

"Glenn! Maggie!" Daryl yelled up.

Alicia burst into laughter as Glenn stumbled his way to the little balcony, his shirt gone and fumbling with his pants button.

"Hey!" He squeaked. "What's up guys?"

"You coming?" Alicia yelled.

Glenn's face flushed. "What?"

Daryl laughed harder. "You comin'? Come on, we could use a hand!"

"Yeah we'll be right down!"

Alicia laughed, walking with Daryl. "That makes my day."

Daryl grinned, sneakily trailing his hand under the back of her shirt. "There's plenty of guard towers if you wanna mess around later..."

Alicia slapped his hand away. "Focus on the damn cars." She sighed, walking away from him. She did have a small smirk on her face however as she slightly swayed her hips.

Daryl groaned, running a hand over his face. "Damn, what have I gotten myself into?"

Glenn appeared out of nowhere, putting his hand on Daryl's shoulder. "You're in love."

Daryl looked over at him. "I'll stab you." Glenn took his hand off his shoulder.

"Message received."

Alicia and Daryl walked over to get his bike and move it like Rick said. She watched as Daryl climbed onto the bike before kissing his cheek.

"I'm gonna go check on Hershel. I'll see ya in a lil' while." She smiled.

"Be careful." Daryl nodded, pulling her down for a real kiss.

Maybe it was just because he could feel the two prisoners staring or maybe it was because of her little show out earlier but he kissed her differently this time, more sloppily.

Alicia noticed this. She had figured out that Daryl kissed her two different ways. He kissed her normally in front of people, and when they were alone... he kissed her like he was about rock her shit.

She had to hold back a moan as she felt his hands squeeze around her hips. She pulled back, breathing heavily. "Jealous?" She whispered in his ear, smirking.

Daryl grunted as she walked away, shaking his head. "So you're with the real pretty girl." One of the prisoners said.

Daryl turned to him, giving him a cold look. "Don't." He growled.

The prisoner nodded. "Twin cylinder, is that a Triumph?" He changed the subject.

"Don't even look at it." Daryl scoffed.

"Didn't want it bored out? Sounds like it could use a tune-up, I'm pretty handy with the grind! Heads are leakin'! I know my bikes!"

Daryl just shook his head, riding off. He thought about how mad it made him to see those other men looking at Alicia.

He felt so protective of her. Like if he looked at her the wrong way she would break. He knew why. It had grown very obvious to him over the last eight months.

Daryl was no longer falling in love. And he wasn't learning to love anymore. He was in love with Alicia. He smiled to himself, for the first time, not really afraid of these feelings.

He had to tell her.
