"Taylor?" you shouted as you walked through the door. You were confused because she would usually always greet you whenever she had the chance. You walked upstairs to change out of your work clothes to hear Taylor crying in your room with the door locked. "Honey? You okay?" you asked worriedly as you knocked on the door, "baby let me in!"
You could hear her footsteps walk towards the door before opening it for you. "What's wrong?" you hugged her. She broke down crying. "It's okay honey. You can tell me when you're ready" you consoles her as you sat down on the bed with her in your arms. You ran your hands through her hair, waiting for her to talk to you. "I-I posted this picture of my birthday a-and look what people are saying" she hugged you tight as she handed you her phone. You scrolled through the comments. One said, "going through her fat era" and, "🤮"
"Oh honey" you whispered softly, "I know it can feel horrible when people say things like this, but you need to believe me when I tell you that you are the most beautiful girl in the world and you're so incredibly sweet." You hugged her as she sniffled.
"It j-just hurts" she cried into your arms. You hated seeing her like this. You just wanted her to feel better. "I know baby. I know it hurts, but you need to know that it doesn't matter if someone doesn't like you. It matters if YOU like you," you went on, "and I can tell you that I love you more than anything in this universe" you smiled softly.
"Thanks Y/N" she rubbed her eyes.
"Stay here" you said as you got up and went to your bathroom. You sat back down next to her and gave her a hand held mirror. "Look at yourself! You're absolutely stunning!" you put your hand on her thigh. "Wow. Your hair and your blue eyes," you complimented her, "I could stare at them forever. And your smile? It's perfect baby. You're perfect!"
"I love you so much Tay" you kissed her softly.
"I love you too Y/N/N"
