You sighed as you sat down in the couch. You had a horrible day and Taylor wouldn't be home till 9 pm. You grabbed one of Taylor's guitars and began playing. You had been playing guitar since you were 8 years old, but you never told Taylor because you thought she was so much better than you. You found a music sheet for "Fearless" and began playing it as you sang. You instantly felt better.
"Knock, Knock"
You turned your head to the door. "Taylor! You're home early!" You set the guitar on the couch and ran up to hug her. "You're playing guitar?!" Taylor grinned when she saw it.
"Yeah" you ducked your head bashfully.
"Can you play something for me?" she asked.
"Umm- sure" you hesitated.
You went on to play your favorite childhood song.
"That was amazing!!" Taylor hugged you when you finished the song. "Why didn't you tell me?" she asked, a little concerned.
"I don't know" you fiddled with your fingers. "I guess I was afraid to tell you because you would realize how bad at it I am if you asked me to play something.
"Oh honey! I would never think that!" She hugged you, "you're amazing"
