"RING THE ALARM! I BEEN THROUGH THIS TOO LONG BUT I'LL BE DAMNED IF I SEE ANOTHER CHICK ON YOUR ARM!" I yelled into mic as I got into the song.

I kept going as I got into the song more and more. This song felt like a stress reliever. All the built up anger I had was finally released while recording this song.

Losing my friends. Cutting off my dad. Getting cheated on. Creating an album in the shortest amount of time I ever have. Shows back to back. Random hate and rumors from the media.

I was letting the choppa sing! I had no clue when this would be released, whether it would be a single, or with an album. But I knew this would be a hit.

"Damn Bey!" Swiss said when I came out of the booth with a blank expression.

"You like it?" I asked and he nodded. "That's fire!"

"Thanks, I just wanna tweak it a little. Thanks for coming here on short notice.."

"Anything for you! You know I'm always happy to work with you." He smiled and I smiled back before returning to my seat at the soundboard.

"Who hurt you though? Talking about 'and my female intuition telling me you're a dog'.."

"It's a lot honestly but it's just release for right now. " I said.

He nodded and started hitting a few buttons on the soundboard while it played back. We listened to the playback and I could tell I wanted to record again. It needed to be more polished.

I would do it tonight but I honestly didn't have the energy. It was already close to two in the morning so I would have to come back. I got up going over to the couch to grab my phone and noticed I had a few notifications.

Ashanti: Beyyyy I missed up
Ashanti: *messed. I'm drunk m sorry.
Ashanti:I'm sorry for eeverything! I feel so sad feeling like you don't love me anymore. I just wanna start over with you..

: Where's my son if you're drunk??

Ashanti: He's with my mom. I needed a break.

: A break from what?

Ashanti: A break from my own guilt.

: Drink some water and I'll call you when I get home.

I put my phone away not waiting for her response and sighed as I pocketed my phone and stood to my feet. I started gathering my things before saying my goodbyes and leaving out.
