"Can you please come on before somebody recognizes your voice and starts chasing us?!" Julius said as we stood waiting for my driver to round the corner.

"But I..am..on..to..see..my girlfriend! I'm happy! I'm happy! I'm hap—" I was cut off by Julius holding his hand over my mouth.

"Where the hell is this driver?!" He yelled still holding his hand over my mouth. I opened my mouth slightly before biting down on his flesh.

"Ow!" He yelled.

"—I'm happy! I'm happy! I'm happy!" I smiled continuing my song. "I don't get paid enough for this.." He mumbled.

I was too excited to go back and forth with him. The tour was finally over and I was able to go back home to be with my girlfriend. Sure I was excited to see my family too but my top priority right now was Michelle.

She left me on the road a few months ago to seriously work on her next project. I knew I couldn't stand in the way of that considering how supportive she's been throughout the tour even when we weren't seeing eye to eye. But now all of that was over and I got to go to the comfort of my own home, bed, and girlfriend.

"What's the eta on the car?" Julius spoke into his ear piece before pulling me towards a large black truck.

"Hire faster drivers.." He mumbled as he opened the door for me. I laughed, sliding into the car as he closed it behind me.

He climbed into the other side and the car started towards the airport. I quickly pulled out my phone, scrolling to call Michelle only for her not to answer.

My face morphed into disappointment as my call was forwarded straight to voicemail. I called again and the can't hung happened causing me to continue the pattern.

Around the tenth try Julius placed his hand over my phone until I looked up at his face to find him smiling. "She's not answering.."

"I can see that!!" I yelled.

"Clearly, not because you keep calling, but I guess.." He shrugged as I continued to call her. It was clear she wasn't answering but it also wasn't stopping me from calling repeatedly.

It was odd she wouldn't answer let alone send me straight to voicemail. But that didn't deter me from continuing to call. We finally arrived to the air strip and I angrily walked up the steps to the jet.

"I can't believe she's really not answering! I'm going to lose my mind with her, I swear!" I sighed as I sat down still staring down at my phone.
