Wednesday - 12:58 pm"Beyoncé!" I yelled up the steps as Julius stood in the doorway waiting for me to come outside.
She yelled an I'm coming as an attempt to get me to stop screaming her name but I continued. She eventually stomped out of our bedroom and stood at the top of the steps."What's wrong?!"
"Why is Julius here?!" I asked. I knew she was still hibernating so she wasn't going anywhere meaning Julius didn't need to be here.
"He's going shopping with you." She replied before pulling out her phone. Her attention went from on me to her phone completely.
"Why? I'll be fine alone.." I asked gesturing towards Julius who stood there clearly wishing he worked for anyone other than Beyoncé.
"No, you're going to shop like crazy and you'll need someone to hold your bags. Plus he's already here so don't make him waste his time.." Before I could respond she walked away and went back into the room.
"I'm sorry, Julius.." I gave him a sympathetic look as he stepped out of the way so I could walk outside towards his car.
"Don't be." He shrugged. He opened the car door for me and I slid inside waiting g for him to get in.
Once we were both inside the car he drove off towards the outlet mall. I only wanted to go shopping because I needed some clothes for when it started to get colder outside.
It was still summer but fall would be approaching soon and all of my old clothes don't really appease me anymore. I donated most of them and saved some things that reminded me of my life before Allen.
Now I was on a mission to find some warmer clothes that fit my new aesthetic. While also finding clothes for the current warm weather in Houston. Basically I had an excuse to shop and money to spend.
"Where to first?" Julius asked as he pulled into the large parking lot. "Um—I guess North face.." I replied and he nodded before driving towards the entrance.
He parked and we walked across the parking lot until we made it to the store. I shopped around picking out a few coats before moving onto the next store. Before I knew Julius hands were filled with bags and I started taking pity on him.
"Just one more store and then we can go.." I smiled. "Mmhm—you said that when we left Burberry.."
"Hey! I got you that wallet.." I pointed at him.
"I told you I didn't even want that!" He argued back. "Well it's cute and you need to stop carrying that old wallet that's falling apart."
