Third pov
Everyone was gathered infront of the stone faces to have they're names called for the school year
"SHIKADAI NARA" was called
"Here" shikadai said
"INOYIN YAMANAKA"
"here"
"SARADA UCHIHA"
"present"
As it was about to be called Maeves name a loud bang was heard and a train smashed into the seventh hokages stone face . Boruto came out of the train and said
"BORUTO UZUMAKI IS HERE YA'KNOW "
The hokage and all the others were looking at him shocked while Maeve made an annoyed face and took out her jutsu book where she keeps all the jutsus she has learned and create and started reading
The hokage then looked at Maeve because he knew that Maeve was better at handling boruto then anyone but she kept looking at her book knowingly

Skip to when they go in class=>
Still third pov:
Everyone was talking about what boruto had done meanwhile Maeve was sitting on the third row near the window and on that row was Shikadai who had seen that the hokage was looking earlier at Maeve and had been curious as to why when all of a sudden a little creature called bruni came out of her shirt and rested on her shoulder and started playing with your hair while she wasn't even bothered
At first he thought is was an insect tho he couldn't see it because of her hair but when it started coming down your arm he saw that it was a blue little lizard
It almost fell on your desk but you caught it and it started playing with your hand when all of a sudden you looked at shikadai and he turned his head the other side fast feeling caught
Then it all went like normally did

It was lunch time and everyone was out of the classroom expect Maeve and a class repeater named Iwabe who was laying down on his chair
Bruni had just woken up and started playing around on maeves desk and making some noise

"Shut it up or I will" said iwabe with his eyes closed
"Are you disturbed ?" Maeve asked calmly
"If I wasn't I wouldn't say anything" Iwabe said to her now opening his eyes and looking at her but Maeve wasn't looking at him but she had her fingers playing with bruni
"Go find another place to sleep then" she told him
"I was here first , you leave" iwabe said pointing his wepon at her now
Maeve finally raises her eyes to look at him and boy was iwabe shocked
She had beautiful blue eyes clear like the water on a waterfall
Slowly iwabe retreats his wepon and goes out of the door without saying anything

Time skip to when boruto comes back to school =>
"Hey everyone my name is Boruto Uzumaki nice to meet you all"
"Didn't I tell ya to keep a low profile "shikadai says to him but gets ignored
"So where do we sit" boruto asks
"Anywhere you want" shikadai says and makes his way to the seat near Maeve but an arm caught his
"Cool let's sit here then" boruto says pulling shikadai but then sees a head with white hair which he knows
"MAEVE Hey" he yells and makes his way to her "I can't believe were on the same class" he continues
"Yay me " Maeve says still not looking at him
"Oh well I'll be in to front talk to you later" he says waiting for a response from her but doesn't get one "are you even listening to me"
"Yeah sure " Maeve says
"Huh same as always " boruto says and leaves when he hears some people talking about how he is still at school after what he did
"Riding on the hokages coattails huh?" Says inojin making everyone shocked
"Hey Inojin take that back" says shikadai
"And what if he did , I don't see how it's any of your business " said Maeve to inojin making him look up at her
"Sorry if I touched a nerve there Maeve but it's what everyone is thinking about , I'm not surprised you'd protect him your both hokage kids and possible childhood friends as well"
"I get that your jealous inojin but i fail to see how its our fault that your father wasn't capable of becoming hokage "she says but he just fake smiles and continues talking with boruto

First lesson "training at school"
"Wow boruto your really good at this " denki says
"Well it's easy so am I first place" says boruto
"No your third" danki says
"THIRD"
"Well first it's Maeve  then it's iwabe"
"Who's that"
"Repeater iwabe , it says here he has failed school three times "
"Huh I don't see Maeve Anywhere  where could she be" says boruto
"Oh she doesn't come out , on lunch times she just stays in class " denki said
"Oh well let's go get her then"
"Ok"
They go to class boruto denki and shikadai to find Maeve siting in her desk reading
"Hey Maeve come have lunch with us "
Says boruto with his loud voice
"Shut it" iwabe says getting up " Go find another room I'm using this one" he says but boruto still tries to be nice to him even tho he just keeps insulting him
Maeve thinks to interfere but also wants to see what happens but ...
"Listen here strength it's everything for a ninja like all the previous hokage " iwabe states
"Well thats stupid" Maeve says
"What did you say?" Askes iwabe angry
"You heard me , that's stupid strength isn't everything about a ninja if so then the seventh hokage would have become the sixth hokage when the fifth was in her beginning " she says but everyone was confused
"Don't you guys read history , from what is said the seventh hokage was known as the strongest ninja when he was 16 because he beated the strongest villain at the time Pain an akatsuki that no one could beat , so back to the beging tell me iwabe why didn't the seventh become the sixth back when he was 16" Maeve said but boruto just looked at iwabe and said
"I'll take you on"
"Boruto..."started shikadai
"It's OK shikadai besides Maeve is right it's not just strength and I'll show him that" boruto says and they all go to the school arena to fight

"TO THE FIGHT "
"I can't believe they're doing this" said shikadai
"Why not they're both idiots "sais Maeve while shikadai just smiles and says
"Do you think he'll win"
"He will , that idiots wants to show everyone that he is not just the hokages son and I suppose he is starting it with iwabe"
Iwabe is the one who put the rule no wepons allowed but when boruto is wining he goes to get his wepon only for a hand stopping him so use it
"I thought you said you wanted to be a hokage , how are you planning to keep us safe if you can't even follow a rule you yourself put " Maeve says and throws his wepon on the wall and sticking it there half in iwabe kneels and says
"I'm so uncool" and then shino sensei comes and everyone goes to class
