Boruto was home for two days now
Maeve was in hospital because they weren't letting her out till her arm gets better with order of the sixth hokage

She needed to get out , she needed a breather
So she decided to do the same she did when she and shikadai went on a date

Now she was walking around in a hospital dress just trying to get a breather

When she sees some guy coming her way but she didn't dodge him she stayed in her place but the man didn't change his ran either so he ran straight to her and they both fell
The man got up again and started running and then shikadai runs to her and gets her up
"Are you ok , Maeve " he asks
"I'm fine" she says and then she hears her arm snap while still in his hands
"Please tell me that wasn't what I think it was " he says
"It wasn't what you think it was" she says grunting a little
"I doubt that" he says and then takes him to a near wall and then puts her against it
"Here " he says giving her water
"Put it in place" she says
"Huh" he asks
"Put the arm in place please " she says now
"W-what I can't do that " he says
"Just put the arm in place , come on its easy " she says and puts his hands in her arm and tells him to just push it back
"Ok but tell me if it hurts you " he tells her and she nods
Shikadai then pushes her arm in place
From the pain that it gives to her she bits his shoulder hard and because of that he grunts as well
"Sorry "she says taking her mouth of his shoulder
"That ok ,God do you have a tight mouth grip or what " he says
"You need to go follow that guy" she says going away
"Nuh uh , cho cho and inojin will take care of him , you're coming with me " he says grabing her other arm
" Go where ?"She asks him and then her stomach growls
"To get some food , come ill pay " he says
"Oh so the second date then " she says and je stops in his place and starts blushing like a tomato
"Let's go then " she says and then takes the lead before him

He catches up after her
"So where do you wanna eat?" He asks her
"Let's get Ramen " she says
"Ok I haven't had Ramen for a while now so sure" he says
They go to ichiraku and get Ramen
While they're there to eat someone else sat beside shikadai
"Well aren't you two having fun" he says with a fake smile through his mask
"L-lord kakashi" says shikadai and gets in a straight body
"Father , do you mind were trying to eat" Maeve says still looking at her food
"Yeah sure , I came here to eat too" he says
"Go eat somewhere else " she says
And looks at shikadai whose still not moving not even a muscle and so does kakashi
"So how long has this sweet thing been going on" he asks
"Since the academy "
They continue talking for another minute and then Maeve
"Alright that's it , you get out of here or..." she starts
"Or..."
"Or I'll start reading your icha icha books "she says and kakashi starts ti get up from his seat but before he goes
"If something happens to her , even if it's as small as a bee , you're in trouble young man" he says gripping his shoulder
" Well have fun" he says and then leaves
"Sorry" she says
"No problem , I know it's a fathers  instinct " shikadai says smiling
And then they continue the date
