One by one it felt like you were slowly regaining your consciousness after being asleep for who-knows-how-long. The sensation of his skin against yours, feeling his chest rise and fall, the smell of his sweet caramel scent, the sound of the TV show playing in the background.

"You're finally awake" your eyes travel up to find him already looking at you, "good afternoon wife"

"Katsuki" your eyes widen, "t-this isn't a dream right?" still trying to process everything that happened, "how long was I asleep for? What time is it? Wh-" Bakugo shuts you up with a kiss which you undoubtedly melted into.

He pulls away as you look up dumbfounded "Everything's okay my love" he gently smiles while he cups your face, "don't worry, it's not a dream, you've been asleep for an hour and troll head has everything under control downstairs but we better go down soon. You still need to eat" He reassures you as you give an affirmative nod.

"y/n~" Camie runs to greet you with a hug, "are you okay? Shinso said you didn't feel well" she pouts

"I.. um.." you briefly look over at Shinso who looked tired as ever, "yeah.. I feel better now" smiling at her

"Well since our friend is better now, y/n you haven't eaten right? Let's go to the kitchen" he gives you a 'we need to talk' look

"R-right" you chuckle nervously, "I'll be back"

Bakugo also caught the signal from Shinso as he distracted everyone until you and Shinso managed to get away from Camie.

It was silent in the kitchen with the clanking from Shinso getting the plates and serving you food.

"You look better now" It was clear from Shinso's tone that he was still annoyed with your actions from earlier — that and his eyebrows were furrowed so close together they might kiss.

"I know, I'm sorry for the way I acted Toshi and thank you for helping me out" apologetically smiling at him

"It's not funny y/n" he slams the plate on the kitchen island which causes you to flinch from the loud noise, "you know how worried I was!? Fuck!" He huffs, "what the hell happened!?"

"I-" it's been so long since you've seen him this angry, he was usually calm and collected which only made you feel guilty.

"y/n? Toshi?" Without realising Camie walked through the door, "what's happening? What's with the noise?"

"Camie" you turn seeing her confused at the shouting

"Oi troll head calm down" Bakugo steps in to ease the tension, "it was my fault okay?" Bakugo confesses, "but we're okay now, in fact we're dating" he puts his arm around your shoulder to pull you in closer to him, "so don't shout at her"

"WHAT!?" The rest of the group overhears Bakugo's announcement and collectively shouts in shock.

Shinso's angry gaze stares at you in Bakugo's arms, "of course you are" he scoffs before pushing through the crowd and disappearing to his room, hearing the slam of his bedroom door.

Immediate guilt starts settling in as your heart begins to race thinking how you could be losing one of your best friends over a stupid mistake.

"Hey" Bakugo's voice brings you back from the brink of an anxiety attack, "it's okay, just give him time to cool off okay?" He reassures you once again as if he could read your mind.

"I know but-" you slightly turn your head seeing everyone stare back at you and Bakugo, waiting for an explanation, "what are we going to do with them?" You whispered

"EXCUSE ME!!" Mina shouts, "Am I going crazy or did you say you were dating? Babe" she turns to look at Kirishima, "am I going crazy?"

"Crazy for me I hope" he shyly blushes. Mina wanted to roll her eyes but couldn't hold back how cute Kirishima looked at her.

"Y/n?" Camie looks at you and Bakugo, "what's happening with you and shinso? Why were you fighting?" You can tell by her face she was upset seeing her close friends fight one another

"Let's go outside Camie" holding her hand, "I'll explain everything" you glance over at Bakugo who nods in reassurance as he watches the pair leave the room.

"Sooo Bakubro what's happening?" Kaminari broke the mild silence

Bakugo couldn't help but sigh as he took initiative and addressed to everyone, "okay I'm only going to say this once, yes Mina you're a crazy bitch but you did hear it right. I'm dating y/n and that's the end of it"

"but HOW!?" She asks for an explanation,"WHEN!? I need DETAILS!" tapping her feet rhythmically on the floor.

"Babe calm down, what matters is Bakubro is happy and in love" Kirishima turns to Kaminari, "and you owe me 20"

Kaminari sighs as he reaches inside his pocket to fish out some cash before handing it over to Kirishima. Bakugo's mouth was slightly opened as his face of annoyance creeped up.

"You guys really made a bet?" Bakugo stares at the exchange

"I thought I'd win" Kaminari shrugs nonchalantly

"Of course I'd win, I knew Bakubro would do the manly thing and confess" he smiles showcasing his sharp grin, "plus we're best friends so I know him better than anyone right Bakubro?"

"Give me that" Bakugo snatches the money from Kirishima's hands
