I laid in the bed next to Cissy groaning. I was due to give birth to what I was hoping to be the Dark Lord's child any minute now.
"How will we know if it is the Dark Lord's child?" Cissy asked making me smirk and sit up a bit.
"She'll open her eyes and if her eyes are red the child is his and if her eyes are blue then she is Rodolphus." I said rolling my eyes. I felt a sharp pain in my stomach making me gasp. Cissy shot up and yelled out for the healer.
"Well Mrs. Lestrange it's time for you to push." The healer saud making me look towards Cissy.
"Can you stay with me?" I asked as she nodded as she walked over to my side. She looped her hands into mine before signing.
"It's going to hurt. It hurt when I gave birth to Draco." Cissy said. The healer looked at me and nodded her head. I gripped Cissy's hand and pushed.
"I see a head." The healer said making me scream a bit as I pushed.
"She's coming out a fighter like her mom." I sadi as I pushed again. A cry filled the air making Cissy stand up.
"It's a girl Bella. You have a little girl." Cissy said making me nod as I fell backwards.
"Her eyes. The color of eyes. What are they?" I asked and saw Cissy grab my daughter from the healer.
"Crystal blue. She's Rodolphus'. Go get him." Cissy told the healer making me sit up.
"No! I could've sworn she was the Dark Lord's."I yelled as I sat up.
"Bella! You must sit down!" Cissy ordered as the door opened and in came Rodolphus with a bit smile on his face. He took our daughter form Cissy making me get up and walk out he room.
"My lord! Please my lord!" I yelled making him turn and face me.
"Bella, why are you not resting? You've just been spending the past day giving birth to a girl." The Dark Lord said as he caught me.
"I could have sworn that she was you daughter my lord. I could have sworn!" I said making him laugh.
"Do you think I would have been able to love her? I don't love anyone."The Dark Lord said as he laughed. I looked down before laughing as well
"So silly of me, my lord. Please forgive me." I said making him nod.
"Rabastan help your sister back to her chambers to greet her daughter. I have some buisness with Severus." The Dark Lord said before he apparated away. Rabastan walked over to me and I sighed as I let him carry me.
"I thought she was his." I whispered making him sigh.
"She isn't Bellatrix. She is my brother's daughter. My niece. You have to be a mother now. Teach her what you want her to know." Rabastan said as he opened the door.
"And there is your Mommy." Rodolphus said making me smile softly as Rabastan placed me in my bed.
"Are they doing her room? I won't have her sleeping in our room!" I said as the Healer handed me three potions.
"Yes Bella. They are doing her room as we speak. The purple color you like." My husband said making me sit up.
"Give me my daughter." I ordered making him smile and hand me our daughter.
"We still have to give her a name Bella. With her rosie lips, dark black hair, and pale skin." Rodolphus said making me nod.
"Her name is ISabella Andie Lestrange. My daughter." I said making Rodolphus raise an eyebrow.
"Andie? After your blood-traitor sister?" He asked making me grab my wand and point it at him.
"I like the name Andie. So I will name her what I want to name her." I said making him nod and look down.
"A beautiful little girl." Rodolphus said making me nod and smile weakly.
"My Snow White. My little Snow White." I whispered making Cissy turn to me and laugh.
"Are you showing emotion to someone now Bella? It's taken you 29 years for you to love someone." Cissy said making me smirk.
"She is my child. I will protect her from these mudbloods and blood-traitors." I spat before I felt my daughter move around in my arms. I looked down and she opened her eyes making me smile.
"Welcome ISabella. My Bella. You'll be as perfect as me." I said making Cissy look at me.
"We have to wash her Bella. Do you want to come with me so you can see how to do it?"
"I guess so. Rodolphus help me." I said and soon I was in my husbands arms as he carried me into the bathroom.
"You have to be gentle. She's just a little baby." Cissy said as she gently wiped my daughter down.
"She doesn't like that! Look she keeps whining!" I yelled making them look at me.
"Give me her Cissy. Let me see if I'm doing it right." My husband said making me glare at him. He grabbed our daughter before washing her gently.
"Was that better Bella?" He asked making a me nod.
"Bella where is she going to go when you and Rodolphus leave for activities? You have no elves." Cissy said making me look down at my daughter.
"Krecher can watch her." A voice rang out making us look and see Regulus standing in the doorway.
"When did you get here Reg?" Cissy asked as she hugged him.
"The dark lord said Bellatrix gave birth to a girl. I had to come see my little cousin with my own eyes." Reg said as he walked over to me.
"Be careful." I whispered and he nodded as he held her in his arms.
"The Lestrange eyes. But she has the Black family hair." Reg said making me nod.
"You better make sure that your filthy house elf knows how to care for my daughter! If I find out he treated her wrongly I'm coming for your head Regulus!" I yelled making him smile.
"I guess there is a heart under all of that ice." Regulus said as he looked down at my daughter.

I walked into Isabella's room and smiled softly as I saw her laying peacefully in her crib.
"Preacher!" I called out before hearing a snap and seeing him next to me.
"Mrs.Lestrange you are home. Baby Isabella went down for a nap twenty minutes ago and was fed an hour ago." Kreacher said as he bowed.
"Was she alright today? She was running a fever last night before I was called away." I said as I walked closer.
"Kreacher called a Healer and the Healer fixed her up so Miss Baby Isabella is alright." Kreacher said making me sigh as I picked up my daughter.
"Lady Lestrange,when is Kreacher going back to Master Regulus?" Kreacher whimpered out.
"Regulus is dead Kreacher. He did call upon you didn't he?" I sneered making him back up. I felt my arm sizzling making me groan.
"Take her! My lord is calling me." I ordered and Kreacher grabbed Isabella from me making me sigh.
"She must know Mommy loves her." I whispered before I apparated away.
