FLASHBACK

Sunghoon's POV:

Dad and Hyeonwoo's mom got married exactly a week after our meeting..they didn't hold a ceremony..they agreed upon a court marriage...

Now both he and his mom who's now my mom too live in our house..it definately feels good seeing Dad so happy..but...

Hyeonwoo's behavior towards me compltetly changed..

He literally threatened me not to tell others about this marriage but I sure informed Heeseung Hyung and others..only Jake and Ji-ho were unaware of it..

I thought this was temporary and He will change since it was new to him and not everyone can accept things so quick right? or so I thought..But it just kept getting worse each day..

He would argue with me and even hit me sometimes..I restrained from hitting back cause I was scared dad would be unhappy..Besides these,He was too clingy to Jake knowing I like him which just didn't settle right with me..but who cares? I'm gonna ask him out on his birthday and tell him about my letters..It would be all fine then..

On Jake's birthday:

Still Sunghoon's POV:

"Hey Ji-ho! are the lights ready? we turn them on the moment Jake steps in okay!" 

I inform Ji-ho one last time even if I told him about 12 times already..I wanted this to be perfect..I wanted to make this a beautiful memory..even if Jake rejects me I would try to persuade him..but I don't think that would be needed considering the letters I wrote were my cupid..

"I know hoon it's ready..and hya Hyeonwoo! hide fast why are you sitting there..?"

Ji-ho whisper yells at Hyeonwoo who had a smirk plastered on his face which itself made me uneasy..He finally came behind the little couch and sat beside me..

"You're gonna remember this day to your grave hoon.." 

He whispered near my ears which sent shivers down my spine..I was nervous if he's gonna ruin Jake's surprise..

Finally after 10 more minutes Jake came..we could see him walking towards our secret place with a sweet smile on his face cause he knew we gonna surprise him ofcourse..

he stepped in and bang! all the lights lit up..I specially planned the theme..dark blue and light blue lights mixed together to form a beautiful veiw..white balloons scattered on the floor with purple lights around them..and a vanilla cake placed in the little table in the middle of the room..

Jake was in awe..I was sure he didn't even hear us shouting Happy birthday!

"Guys....this is just...I don't even know what to say..this is amazing!" 

"Ofcourse Jakey..now go on cut the cake!" 

After cutting the cake..It was finally the moment I was waiting for...I asked Jake to go to the door of the room and look beside it..I kept a gift for him..a perfume he said he loved but thought was too costly for a eighteen year old to use,but I bought it for him after using two weeks of my lunch money..and also I kept a letter inside the box..the same ones I used to send him..I thought two hours on what to write in that letter..Heeseung Hyung was so bored he slept for an hour while I was thinking..I didn't reveal in the letter it was me..I wanted to tell him myself..
