1st floor: Kitchen, main living room, main dining room
2nd floor: Rooms for every kid and a bathroom every 3 rooms apart.
3rd floor: Home theatre, Drink making area, and an "Office area" where they could work with computers. They could do things like keeping track of missions.
4th floor: huge library with tons of reading material. Most of it comes from the ministry of defense and covers everything from bomb making to self defense. There are other books that are there just to read when you are bored.
5th floor: a game room with things like video-games to board games, and an outdoor rooftop area to just chill.
Backyard: Pool area with a barbecue and many areas to hang out. Includes a garden
Each room in the house has an intercom hung on the wall. On said intercom, you can push a button to send an audio message to any room, or all of them at once.
Every room is also included with an emergency button. This can be used in the case of villans or assassins trying to get through the house security. Pushing this button will lock every personal room, the library, and the office because those rooms contain the most important stuff
They don't hav to worry about cleaning or anything, thanks to Itona, Ritsu, and Mimura helping make cleaning robots

In this AU, all the characters live near to eachother, so the UA dorms would be like a 25 minute drive to the 3-E mansion.

Kayano's appearance changing quirk cannot be taken off unless she does so herself. Aizawa's erasure quirk will not change the appearance of Nagisa.
Kayano CANNOT change the voices or eye color of a person, they have to get contacts themselves.
Kayano is homeschooled so that she can continue her acting career
Most of the 3-E characters are quirkless, but some of them have quirks. Those quirks are harmless and mostly basic. They will be noted if needed throughout the story.
All the kids from 3-E know that Nagisa has a quirk from Allmight, but Allmight doesn't know thay they know
The 3-E middle school records from their 3rd year are sealed by the government. Anything that Nezu can see is the fact that they graduated and their ranks for their final exams. This helped the 3-E kids still be able to go to their dream highschools.
The 3-E kids can still pursue their careers, but they all know that assassination comes first.
