The moment lasted for a good minute before everything went downhill.
The room felt suffocating, every taken with the weight of despair that hung heavy in the air. Their friend, their classmate, their family, had been taken from them once again, and the shock of it caused every member from 3-E, along with their teachers, to freeze.
Hundreds of emotions ran through them in a couple seconds.
Everything around them blurred into a haze of confusion and grief, the world spinning out of focus as tears threatened to spill from every eye.
Hands shook with a combination of fear and rage, fingers curling into fists as they struggled to contain the overwhelming emotions coursing through their veins. How could this happen? Why did it have to happen to them? What did Nagisa do to deserve this?
Frantic whispers in a foreign language filled the room, voices trembling with disbelief as they tried to make sense of what happened.
They wanted to scream, to punch and kick and hurt anyone and anything, but their voices were silenced. They knew better than that, they were assassins. They had been trained to keep silent in tough situations, to stay calm when everything went wrong. When the reaper kidnapped them, when Irina betrayed them, they had to keep silent. But this was different. This was on a whole other level. One might think, 'what could be different from being kidnapped with bombs strapped to their necks?' But even then, they had eachother. The kids knew how to handle a situation with someone gone, they had trained for this. They were assassins. But... they were kids too.
Their eyes snapped to the spot where Nagisa and Takaoka stood. The shuddered at the thought, but they quickly snapped out of it.
Before they knew it, they were bottling up all these emotions, and as if it was a normal occurrence, they waited for eachother. Soon, they were following Isogai's commands, and they rushed out of the hallway.

'What just happened?' Was the general thought of all the 1-A kids.
They stared at Midoriya's friends in shock. It hadn't even been 30 seconds before the smoke cleared, and they were already out of the room.
Talk about reflexes.
The kids moved like they had done this before, parkouring over the rocks like professionals, shouting out commands, and talking to one another like this was a normal occurrence. It almost wasn't human.
It took the 1-A kids a couple minutes to process what happened, but the other kids?
They froze for a split second, and the heroes could see the pain in their eyes. However, the black haired guy only had to say one word, and they were out of the room.
The heroes looked at eachother concerned.
"What the fuck..?" Bakugo managed to say.
"Is... is everyone alright?" Mina asked, brushing off some dust.
"All good over here." Uraraka answered, helping Jirou up.
"Yea..." Todoroki frowned.
"We have to follow them!" Uraraka said panicked. "We can't let that guy get away with Midoriya! I don't care what those people say... we have to save him!"
"I agree. We must find out what's going on." Todoroki nodded.
"Right? I have too many questions." Mina said quietly.
