August 18th:

-Billie's pov-

I woke up the following day to find Lisa scratching my back. The first thought that came to mind was that I had to leave for L.A. today. Instantly, my mood dampened, and disappointment washed over me because I wasn't ready to go yet.

I turned to face Lisa and decided I needed cuddles to lighten my mood. I straddled her and then lay down on her chest. She gently stroked my back and waist, giving me goosebumps yet making me feel comfortable. I just loved the scent of her skin and hair.

"How are you feeling, Bobby?" she asked, kissing my neck and tickling me a little.

"Mh, okay. I don't want to leave at all," I replied, burying my face into her neck.

"Let's not think about it. We'll act like you don't have to leave for our last few hours together. I'll take you to the airport around 1 p.m., and we can still have lunch together. Also, my parents will come home today, so we might see them shortly. I hope that's alright with you," she explained.

"Okay. But for now, please don't let go of me," I said, clenching onto her very tightly.

"Billie, you're about to crush me," she joked, placing her hands on my rib cage and holding me for a few more minutes. We then had a little make-out session. It aroused me again, but I didn't sense if she was in the mood, so I didn't push for more. I didn't want to pressure anything ever.

Eventually, we got up and showered together. Lisa went outside to feed the sheep and water the flowers and the veggies while I prepared breakfast. I toasted bagels, cut veggies, and scrambled tofu for protein.

When she returned from the garden, she made herself her much-needed coffee, and we enjoyed our meal on the terrace. She read the newspaper and shared a few details about what was happening in her country. Nothing exciting happened, but I enjoyed listening to her opinions on politics, especially since we shared similar values. I just didn't know anything about her country, and for some reason, she knew everything about the U.S. and made comparisons, etc.

Later, she helped me pack everything into my suitcase, and we walked through the neighborhood a little.

"So, you're still coming to London for ONO?" I asked, eagerly hoping she would join me, especially since I'd be playing in Europe for the last time in a long time.

"I'd love to, but I have to check with my boss first to see if it's okay. I'm pretty sure she doesn't care as long as I work on the train. Also, spending 14 hours on a train will be draining, but I guess I'll survive," she explained.

"I can get you a plane ticket if you want. No problem at all," I offered.

"No, it's alright. I don't want to fly if there's a train connection. I'll just work on the train; it'll be fine," she insisted. I loved how she cared to save the environment and not just talk about it. I bet I could even make her go vegan.

"Okay, but I'll still cover it. It's my way of giving back since I've been your guest for the past few days," I said, already looking for suitable train connections on my phone.

"Zoe, Ricky, Finneas, and Claudia will all be there too. Plus, Finneas will be playing the day after me, so it'll be a super cool weekend," I promised excitedly.

After buying the tickets, Lisa thanked me and gave me a peck. We then returned home and played a few rounds of card games together. I lost, though.

Later, her parents returned from their Italy trip. They looked very put together and chic walking through the front door with their Rimowa suitcases.
