"okay, first stop of three" jimin said, as they approached the first art museum.

"jimin! oh my goodness, i've been dying to go here! i just haven't found the right time to. oh i'm so excited" minjeong squealed in excitement. jimin staring at her, watching her as she reacts to everything she's surrounded by. it made her fall deeper for her, as if she hadn't had fallen enough. they walked through the exhibit, hand in hand. stealing shy glances at each other, as if they were kids meeting for the first time. some of the works, minjeong had seen before, online, but not in person. she'd go on rambles about different pieces, what they mean, or what can be theorized from them.

as they walked around, they asked things about each other, things they didn't know much about. like their past, or their families, anything to get to know each other more.

"what's one thing you regret?" minjeong asked

"how i treated people in high school." jimin replied with a sigh

"can i ask why? if it's too personal, you don't have to answer. i would never force you to"

"thank you minjeong, but the way it was, it's not something i'm proud of. i broke a lot of hearts, i played with a lot of people because it made me feel worthy of myself. eventually i realized that i was doing the wrong thing. i felt worse instead of better. so then i stopped, i started to focus on me and to love myself. of course aeri was by my side through it all, and i'm grateful. i regret hurting people, but i'm glad i learned from my mistakes." jimin explained

"wow, that was something. i'm proud of you too though. you know, for becoming better. we can't take back things we did, but we can always change what happens next. your past doesn't define your present self, and i think no differently of you, if that's what you were thinking at all" minjeong replied

not realizing how much those words meant to jimin. deep inside, she wanted to bury that part of her, she wanted no remembrance of her past. however, she wanted to be completely honest with minjeong. she didn't want to hide anything from her. if she were to be with her, she wanted complete trust, honesty, and love. they walked around more, until they finished with the first gallery. they headed onto their next. the adventure there seemed like something out of a comedic rom-com. it felt like no one else was in their world, just them. minjeong didn't want this day to end.

as they approached their last destination, the carnival, minjeong was just one ball of excitement.

"i haven't been to a carnival in so long, i'm so excited to go!!" she exclaimed

"good, i felt like you should be a kid again. life and college get stressful, and sometimes it's nice to just forget about being an adult, and just focus on being a kid." jimin replied. it made minjeong's heart melt, seeing and hearing how much jimin cared for her and her well being, it made her all soft and mushy. they got their tickets, and made their way to some games first.

"i'm determined to win you a prize, however, i at least want to compete with you in one game." jimin stated

"fine, but it depends on the game.. how are we going to choose the game?"

"we can either do those water balloon races, or shoot your shot and do basketball? your choice"

"why not both? and if it comes down to a tie... slide race" minjeong said

"deal" and they ran to the games like little kids. they did the water race first, and minjeong won the first round, by half a second.

"oh come on! i was right there. i totally should've won that" jimin said

"it's okay, just admit i'm better" minjeong gloated, as she picked her prize.

"okay, i see how it is, you're going down in hoops." jimin said. they made their way to their next game. they each had three shots. whoever made the most won the game. they were both 2-2 and each had one shot left. jimin shot her last shot, and it went in. and minjeong? hers didn't quite make it.

"i told you!"

"there's only one way to settle this now, yu." minjeong stated as they started running to the slide. they walked up the flight of stairs, and counted down from three. both heading down after one. it was too close of a call, so they claimed it a tie.

"i guess we're both equally good at games" jimin said

"it would appear so, yu"

"you're a great competitor, kim. now, how about we go to the ferris wheel?" she asked. they walked over to the ferris wheel hand in hand. it was like it was straight out of a movie. the sun was setting as they were getting into the cart. they reached the top, lined up with the perfect shot of the sunset.

"it's almost as beautiful as you, kim minjeong."

"it's almost as beautiful as you, yu jimin." they both stated at the same time, earning a laugh from the pair.

"i said it first!" jimin cried aloud

"okay whatever, fine fine." minjeong said. laying her head down on her shoulder, head racing of thoughts.

"jimin"

"yes?"

"i was thinking, and have been thinking about it all day. about ning and aeri's question.."

"yeah? what about it?"

"i'll do it, as long as you are too. when i'm around you, i feel like i can do anything, all my worries fly out of the window, and i just feel free. you make my heart race, but you also calm it down. you inspire me to be a better version of myself. i want to do anything, as long as you're by my side."

"minjeong-ah, that was beautiful, and as long as you're sure. i don't want you to feel pressured."

"i won't, not with you."

they hugged and rested in each other's arms, as the wheel went around. they stopped at the top again, as people were unloading.

"thank you for making this such a magical day"

"you deserve the world, minjeong"

"i have the world, and it's you."

"how cheesy, i never thought you'd be so cheesy"

"okay fine i take it back" as she jokingly turned around. jimin grabbed her wrist, and turned her around. she brought her closer to her face, and pulled her in for a kiss. they kissed for what seemed like hours, but was only seconds.

"be mine, minjeong-ah. i want you to be mine, will you be my girlfriend?" jimin asked

minjeong was in shock, she knew it was a yes, without a doubt, but she was frozen. surges of fireworks rushing through her body. jimin was worried.

"of course if it's too soon you don't have to say yes, but i just- you're so, amazing and perfect and i don't want to spend anoth-" jimin was cut off by minjeong pulling her in for another kiss, sending even more electric shocks throughout both of their bodies.

"i would say yes in a million other lifetimes, jimin. i would absolutely love to be your girlfriend."
