it's been nearly a year since they debuted. it's ran smoothly, they know there is going to be hate, but they never truly minded it. they're getting ready to release their second ep 'girls' and they are ecstatic. fans have been speculating the romance between ning and aeri, then minjeong and jimin. however, sm won't let them confirm or deny the rumors. even though the rumors are true. they continue to let the pairs be close, because of the high attention they receive. when it comes to fans asking questions, they just have to ignore them and let the fans think it's "fan service"

Aespa's Karina spotted with actor Lee Jae Wook having dinner. Is it friendly? Romantic? Sources suspect the pair is dating after being seen hanging out quite often! Will this be our new it couple?

after seeing this, fans went crazy. some saying that they're disappointed that "winrina" no longer exists. some are happy, but a heavy amount.. disappointed and upset. however, this isn't about the fans, how are minjeong and jimin feeling about this?

"is this true?" minjeong asked while showing her phone to jimin.

"it is true that i went out to dinner with him, and that i hang out with him, but it is not true that we are dating" jimin replied

"why did you guys go out to dinner? it does look romantic from the picture jimin.."

"i can't tell you that yet, but i promise you it was just dinner. no romantic feelings are involved at all. i am with you, and you're the only person i want to be with. he is also dating someone too, but again, there are no romantic feelings involved. i promise" jimin said, giving plenty of reassurance to minjeong.

truth be told, the reason they went out to dinner, was because minjeong needed some relationship advice. it wasn't anything bad that she needed advice on, no, it was just whether or not she was going crazy.

*flashback*

"does it seem crazy, that minjeong and i have only been together for about a year and a half and i want to marry her? does it seem too soon?" jimin asked

"it's not crazy, honestly. sometimes you just know when someone is the one for you. you never think twice about grabbing something at the store because they might've wanted it, or that you don't want to experience something fun without them by your side. yeah you can have that with friends, but when it comes to relationships, it's deeper. you're not crazy, and i honestly think you both work well together." he replied

"yeah, i mean when i met her i honestly feel deeply in love just from looking at her. every day she makes me feel special, without even trying. she completes me, she knows when i want something, knows when i want some me time, she never makes me feel bad about anything. she communicates with me well, and i just can't imagine being where i am now if it weren't for her. she's truly my better half." she let out

"then there you have it, now it's about finding the right time and ring. i'll be here if you need any help. besides, i need to go ring shopping too" he smiled and winked, without knowing there were photographers around (which is why media suspected that they are together)

"no way! you want to propose? maybe this is why you were giving me such great advice" she joked, they continued with their dinner, and hugged before going separate ways. jimin walking away with a smile on her face knowing that she's soon going to make a big change in her life.

shortly after, jimin made her way to sm entertainment to speak with their managers. why? because she didn't want to hide anymore. she wanted the whole world to know what minjeong was to her. she wanted the world to see that she isn't with anyone other than minjeong.
