today's the day. their debut stage. they've worked so hard for this moment. with all concerns of being perfect filling their minds. the past 2 days have been working on perfection, though everything was already perfect as is. right now, the girls are getting ready for their big day. they have rehearsal first, then make up, get dressed, and then they officially debut. with announcements of their debut, there are people already looking forward to SM's new girl group. everyone knows that SM groups tend to have strong talents, and that brought the excitement up even more.

"hey minjeong" jimin said, as they were eating breakfast, it was just the two of them, since everyone else was still asleep.

"yes? what is it?" minjeong asked

"i have to tell you something"

"you can tell me anything" she flashed a reassuring smile, even though fear was slowly entering her mind. minjeong wanted to stay positive about it all, but those fears couldn't help but creep their way in.

as for jimin, jimin wanted to tell minjeong how much she loves her. she didn't know when or how, and every moment that she wanted to, she chickened out. she knows how she feels, and minjeong never makes her feel like she's unloved.

"i'm glad to be doing this with you" jimin said, chickening out once again from saying that powerful 3 worded saying.

"me too, thank you for being by my side and encouraging me. you're a real cheerleader, you know that?" she chuckled.

"only for you min" they finished eating their breakfast, and soon enough everyone else woke up.

to summarize the next couple of hours, it was dancing and dancing, make up and hair, and now it's time. though it's just a single that they're releasing and performing, they're all so excited for their mini album to come out. the next few weeks will be promoting their single, then after that a small break, and then promoting their album. by small break, it really means small. only two days of rest and then getting right back to it. though, they aren't complaining. they'll take the two days over no days.

"alright, this is the moment we've been waiting for and worked hard for. we can do this, we've made it this far and have worked our asses off. when we go out there, our lives will change, whether it's for better or worse. this is now our moment and our time. are you ready girls?" aeri gave a nice little speech, and they all gathered hand in hand.

"no matter what happens tonight, good or bad, you guys will always be number one in my heart.  now, lets go out there and show them who we are" jimin said adding on. they all got into their positions, as the center piece rose up. they could hear the loud cheers, which only made them both more nervous, and more excited. curtains opened, lights went out. it was pitch black in the arena. screams and cheers heard throughout, heartbeats feeling like their beating out of their chest. they all took a deep breath

"3..2..1.." they heard in their earpiece, just before the music started. muscle memory took over their bodies as they danced throughout their song. everything went smoothly. dancing was perfect, vocals were perfect, visual, back up dancers, everything went accordingly, and they couldn't be more proud. once they finished, they took a quick 5 minute break before going back out there to introduce themselves.

"hi nice to meet you i'm karina!" jimin said while waving towards the crowd

"i'm giselle!" aeri said

"i'm winter"

"and i'm ning ning!"

"and we are... aespa!" they all said in unison, hand in hand, taking a quick bow.

"we were so excited to perform here and to debut. we hope that you will not only accept us as a new group, but to join us along for this ride. we are so excited to give you guys more music and to form a bond with you all" jimin said
