it's been a couple of days since the live happened. they had gained an even bigger fanbase for it. they were happy, of course some left the fanbase, but to their surprise, they weren't even getting much hate. 

*flashback*

"i can't believe we did that" aeri said, in disbelief

"i know. part of me is kind of scared for what minjeong will say, but another part of me is happy i don't have to hide anymore." jimin replied

"i get it, i feel much more free now. like some weight was lifted off my shoulders."

"i'm glad that we did this, i don't have any regrets about it."

"same here" they entered their dorm to a shocked ning and minjeong. ning came running up to aeri, engulfing her in a huge hug. minjeong however, stood there shocked and emotionless. jimin tried to read her face, but it was no use, there was no telling what was running through minjeong's mind right now. aeri and ning noticed some tension, so they made their way to aeri's room to continue to talk.

"i- i don't even know what to say right now" minjeong finally spoke.

"are you mad?"

"i'm not mad, no."

"i'm sorry i didn't ask or tell you, because i didn't ask you is why i refused to say it was you."

"jimin, i'm not mad. i'm just still in shock. i don't think i've processed everything fully."

"take your time, do you want some time alone?"

"maybe a couple of minutes, i'll come to your room once i've fully.. you know, gathered myself"

"okay, i'll be waiting for you" minjeong went to her room, leaving an anxious jimin alone in her room. she didn't want her head to be overflowing with thoughts, so she tried to drown them out with music. after what felt like hours (but was really about 15 minutes) had passed, minjeong came to jimin's room. however, she came into her room running. she ran towards jimin like no tomorrow, happily embracing her.

"the shock is gone. i'm so happy and proud of you for doing this. i'm so so happy. i'm so proud of you and your bravery, and how respectful you are for not saying that it was me because you didn't know how you felt if i was mentioned. i was in shock from all these emotions overwhelming me. i didn't know if i should be happy, sad, mad, or what. once i finally got to sit, i realized the strongest feeling was happiness. though i still do have some questions" minjeong rambled out, practically gasping for air as she finished. jimin started to talk, still embracing the shorter girl.

"well, it kind of started when i went out to dinner. i can't tell you the full conversation still, but once i saw the rumor, i knew how it'd affect you. i knew that you would get worried, especially because i'd been being a tad bit secretive, but again, it's nothing to be scared of, i promise, and i will continue to reassure you, but it's a surprise and i can't quite tell you yet. not the point, anyway, so after that happened, i just had an overwhelming feeling that was pushing me to do this. i didn't want to hide, i didn't want anymore media to tell you that i was with someone else. i know because i didn't disclose your name, they might think it's someone, but that's your choice if you want to tell the world about you and i. i know i want to scream it loud from a rooftop, but i didn't want to take something away from you. i went to our manager and i told him i was tired of hiding who we are and.. well at first he didn't agree, but i didn't care. i wanted everyone to know that someone has my heart. that someone being you obviously" jimin finished sounding out of breath

"okay, well first of all breathe, second, thank you for respecting me even without me being there. i love you, and i'm proud of you. i want the whole world to know about us. i'm tired of hiding. i just want us. no matter what." she finished, and they leaned in for a kiss.

comments flooded minjeongs post. anywhere ranging from 'winrina is real!!' to 'drop the next album already lol' to 'called it' no direct hate comments were shown, and that gave her some peace of mind. she knew it may happen eventually, but for now, she was content with how things were playing out. 

"minjeongie?" jimin called out for minjeong

"yes honey?"

"we're going out to dinner, you and i. get ready, and wear something hmm.. fancy." jimin winked before walking away to get ready. she walked back to her room where aeri was sitting and waiting.

"are you nervous?" aeri asked

"i feel like i'm about to piss myself i'm so nervous."

"alright, i did not need to know that, but i'm sure things will go great. she loves you and you love her. even if she says no, i don't think she'll break up with you, maybe she just isn't quite ready, but that doesn't diminish her love for you."

"you're right, now help me get ready." aeri spent her time getting jimin ready, while ning spent hers getting minjeong ready.

"what if she proposes?" minjeong said

"would that be a bad thing?"

"well, no, honestly i love her and i'm ready to marry her. if she is proposing i'll be a little disappointed though"

"why is that?"

"because i want to do it"

"so you'll be disappointed that she's proposing, because you wanted to be the one to propose?"

"well, yeah. she was the one who even asked me out in the first place. you already know i have the ring. should i bring it just in case? wait but what if she doesn't. ugh, now i'm confused, ning you're supposed to be good at this"

"well, if she does propose, and you bring your ring, then technically you still can propose. that way you don't have to be disappointed about not being able to propose."

"yeah, i guess that's true, so i should bring it then"

"yeah why not. i mean aeri and i have been engaged for like 2 months now"

"i'm sorry what?? why didn't you tell me??"

"oh yeah i proposed"

"you're still not answering why you didn't tell me, but i'm happy for you two. you guys are perfect together."

"i mean it was a spur of the moment thing. no rings, just me pouring out my love for her. she said yes, and then that we'd worry about rings later on"

"well good for you two, i hope the best for you. though, if she hurts you, i will hurt her. you're still my best friend, no matter how many times i claim jimin as my new best friend."

"come on, min. i know i'm irreplaceable" ning said as she flicked her hair over her shoulder.

"suddenly i'm regretting what i said" minjeong joked, earning a slap from ning.

"ow okay i'm just joking" a knock was heard at the door, and it was jimin.

"are you ready, my love?" jimin asked.

"yes, i am." minjeong was looking around to make sure she had everything with her in her bag.

"phone? wallet? keys?" jimin and ning asked at the same time. they both chuckled.

"check, check, and check" with that they got ready to head out. happier than ever, to finally be able to go out, without having to hide. just them being madly in love with each other.
