Sophie had to run away other wise a human will notice she is no human,no one should know she is a elf.
she had to return to the lost cities. She remembered a bit, she was looking in the mirror and suddenly tripped toward it and she was sure that she is gonna crash into it.
But when she touched the mirror it wasn't there, she found here self there, in a high school at the forbiddin cities.
Sophie held up her leaping crystal (a tool that can teleport you made by the elves), and tried to teleport to havenfield, her home.
But nothing happend. Sophie tried again and again but it didn't work, Sophie started to panic.
That wasn't supposed to happen.
The leaping crystal didn't work.
Sophie dragged her feet as she was thinking, why doesn't the crystal work?

She had a lot of questions in her head but then she spotted the kid she saw at the school running toward her, Sophie started to run, but he was faster than her, she almost reached the gate but he was standing in front of it and Sophie wasn't quick enough to pass him.
