Chapter 12

" Who are you" Nick stood there shocked.

" Juliette , it's us"

The confused Juliette looks at me.

" Y/n ? Where am I "

" Juliette you just woke up from a coma , that's Nick "

Nick backs up and I'm now standing over Juliette . She grabs my hand .

" I don't know who he is "

What the fuck .

" Nick ? Your boyfriend? My brother ?"

" You don't have a brother."

I stood there shocked and Nick was processing what was happening . Shit . We said nothing more and the car ride was silent . I felt so bad for Nick . Too much has happened and now Juliette couldn't remember him . Is this normal for coma patients. But that dosent explain how she remembers me .

Nick took a while showering while I cooked the frozen pizzas . It's the least I could do for him . How do we get Juliette to remember ?

Nick came down just as I was cutting the pizza. And laying it in the middle .

" Come eat ." I also went to the fridge and got him out a beer while he was already munching .

" Thank you " he says with no emotion.

" Look , Nick , I know you probably don't wanna talk about it -"

" No I will , just give me a second ."

He was finishing his last bite of pizza then took a large skull of the beer . The table thumped as he set it down firmly .

" Adalind , she's the cause . That's why mom killed HER mom , to find out how to wake Juliette up"

" Remember mom said there was a royal in Portland which could only wake her up . And now that she's up , that means their is a royal but who."

" Only Adalinds mother knew , and it's hard to do that now ." Nick says.

" Shit , you're right . So what now ? "

" I don't know , just wait it out I guess "

" you alright Nick ? I'm worried about you ."

" Yea work hasn't been on our side lately but it'll blow over . Oh crap , how are you and Sean ? Have yous said a word since the fight ?"

" Ugh I don't even know . He fucked me off but I shouldn't have yelled at him. But I told him I wasn't gonna let my brother get locked up for nothing ."

" Aww , you softie " We start laughing then I kinda sigh and look at my pizza.

" you miss him y/n . Why don't you talk to him ?"

" I don't know . I miss his stupid little face and he deserves an apology . I just don't know how to go about you know . It's like we aren't dating , reminds me of my first day . What happens if he dosent want anything to with me Nick ? I couldn't even talk to him yesterday ."

" Look at me , he'd be insane to turn you down y/n , the captain has been nothing but strict before you came . He's definitely in love with you . Just give it time . Trust me , Im not in the best situation with my lover at the moment."

" You're right , I'll talk to him tomorrow. When's Juliette coming home ?"

" Oh that's right , the doctor said she can come home tomorrow and I have to pick her up so Hanks gonna pick you up ."

" Alright."

Nick heads up to his room and I clean up downstairs . Getting in my warm bed , I was testing what I was gonna say to Sean tomorrow. I fucked up big time .
